There isn't really a "best weapon" or "best armor" in the game. There are only "best weapons" for specific circumstances, bosses, and playstyles. There are a lot of great weapons though, so don't worry too much on finding the "best" one.

Beast Clergyman in the Bestial Sactum. It IS maliketh, but in the code, they are separate bosses, just like Beast Clergyman in CFA and Black Blade
