I’m not an expert but I can try :) I think it’s important not to use the front brake when making tight turns, and look where you want to go. I will try to upload a whole section with drills I practice every time I can :)
@@thatmotogal Thanks for your reply - If its warm enough to ride - you can be an expert in 1 day. Look at Japanese Motorcycle Cops and how they make their bikes stand still. They use the throttle Clutch Pairing against the rear brake. For example - Lots of Throttle while using the clutch to adjust the torque needed to the rear wheel. Use Rear Brake to Pivot at the same time - Try first with just the Throttle and Clutch keeping your rev level so to get torque thru the clutch. When wanting to get tighter, now use the rear brake to pivot while using the throttle to pull the bike upward and forward as you bank it at the same time - Please make a vid when ready ! .

@@thatmotogal Wow. Thank you for the info! No, I don't live in LA. Thinking of getting the original sissy bar from Indian motorcycle, due to less lead-time. But yours look super cool !! Super Envious, Sorry !!!
I really don't see the need to do this....Just what is the purpose? Ride it and enjoy it. I wouldn't want risk dropping my bike potentially dropping it: damaging frame, handlebars, tank, fairings, engine, brake pedal, clutch/brake levers, exhaust, or shifter.
Someone just suggested leaving the kickstand down, that betters your odds of not dropping it. I also don’t understand why people keep saying they don’t see the point of doing this exercise. I’ve been in situations (and seen others too) where I’m “stuck” and need to get off the bike to push it or pull it to a specific spot. It’s waaaay easier than trying to maneuver on it. This exercise is for situations like that and others. Anyway, it’s as simple as if you don’t want to do it then don’t hehe.
@@thatmotogal why would I still have to walk around bike to push it? I can easily do that standing to the side of bike. Plus I am 6' so I can maneuver bike sitting on it pretty easy.
@@davidc4737 😂 yes I’ll try. I’m sure the next two videos will be. I’m going camping and I need to change the clutch and brake line of my bike. Thanks for the support!
I've never really been into Indian motorcycles, but that bike is gorgeous.
Me neither… until I rode one 😅

Holy s*** lol I said Indian Scout 🤣🤣🤣
I’m so sorry! That’s the loan bike I had before.
Hi. Nice Video. Where did you get this sissy bar from?
Thank you! The sissy bar was custom made. If you live in Los Angeles, go to Lucky Wheels. If you don’t, look up Edward Richie he’s very talented.

Nice video!✌🏻That’s certainly not the lightest bike to practices this, but definitely one of the prettiest ones out there. 😍 Well done! 👌🏻
Thanks! It’s a gorgeous bike 🙌🏽🏍️ I’m lucky to be able to play with it hehe

Leave the Sidestand down, it will not break, its 50/50 odds MC will fail back on it, no need to risk the damage.
Fair point. I’ll try that next time :)
I think i should try this, my little CB300 feels like a sketchy Chihuahua under me 😅
😂😂😂 too funny. Let me know how it goes :)
Hi, May I ask if there is a chance for us to work together? We are a brand of LED motorcycle backpacks and we love your videos!

Interesting.. I’ve gotten comfortable moving my 650 around like this.. might be a good idea to do on the 1100 to get a feel for it
Leave the kickstand down just in case, or maybe do it on grass 😅
@@thatmotogal good idea..
Just ride it that all...
Always :)
was probably hard cus the bike was on an uneven surface with all that patchy cement
Yeah, it wasn’t as easy as I thought to find a spot with grass, even, shaded, and safe (with no people around) hehe
