Nice work. On rebar looks like you used zip ties, I am not sure there but here rebar ties are used with a tool called Rebar Tie Wire Twister. It does a great job making sure sections don't come apart. A lot of work, not many would be able to do this. Keep it up!!!

If an atmospheric river were to drop more than 50 millimetres of rain over your property and flood the house, it would be a helluva job removing the insulation to dry out the walls. Just a low panel of plywood should prevent flooding inside.
Those two years have gone by quick and this past year just flew. Illia and Marina, you have both done so much in a short period of time. I am especially very proud of you both. I like that you do the bulk of the work yourself. This way you are able to add your personal touch. 😊

So true, thank you! The last thing we learned the hard way. When you hire someone, because you have no time and skills, but the job is done so poorly afterwards, it's so frustrating. We worked with true professionals, but also with the ones that only pretending to be professionals.

I saw they didn’t use rebar anywhere. They must not have to pass inspection for each project like they do here in America.
