椒鹽三文魚骨腩
材料:三文魚骨腩、蒜頭數粒去刴成蒜蓉
椒鹽三文魚骨腩做法:
1.三文魚骨用清水解凍。
2. 清洗三文魚骨腩，切三文魚骨腩至適合大小。
3. 用廚紙抹乾魚骨腩。
4.下鹽、胡椒粉，醃15分鐘。
5.下生粉拌匀，每一件魚骨都沾上生粉。
6.下1茶匙油，用薑片抹匀整隻鑊。
7.由大火轉中火，先放入三文魚骨腩，每面煎5分鐘後，反轉再煎。
8..兩面已轉金黃色，盛起。
9.倒去鑊中的油，爆香蒜頭。
10. 下椒鹽及三文魚骨腩回鑊，略炒片刻，便完成椒鹽三文魚骨腩。
