I've got 50 packs we're cracking into today and 10 cards still needed to complete the set!! Can we get one, maybe two, steps closer today?! I like sets that are hard to pull.
Man Temporal is a brutal set, but I kinda like it. Sure it's frustrating, but the value like you mentioned in those chase cards stay relatively high. Plus the artwork is just fantastic imo.
Just a little thing I've noticed Cuz: the sleeved booster packs seem to have much better pull rates. At least that's what I've found to be the case and I have been through wayyyy too many of them lol

I must have gotten crazy lucky with the TEF booster box I got on release day. Managed to pull an SIR Mortys Conviction, 4 ace specs and 3 IRs and like 6-7 full arts… box was LOADED. Definitely made the money back in pulls on that box if I were to sell them.
TEF is like 4th on my list of favs for S&V… 151 being the #1 😂 which is probably everyone’s favorite
I know this goes against conventional wisdom but ETBs were the best for me with this set

thanks for getting me back into pokemons haha spent like $1000 on 151 no charzard yet :( hoping to pull it soon :D did get the mewtwo tho (japanease) so pretty happy with that do you have any suggestions on grading where i should be taking them?

Recently got back into the hobby and I have to say coming from all base set, jungle and neo. I prefer sword and shield packs over scarlet violet.

What a trippy rip, Cuz. The double ups were bizarre enough and then to get the same Ace Spec card in that booster box... strange.
I haven't ripped too much of this set. I'm at maybe the 100 pack mark. No golds yet but I did pull a Bianca SIR.
I like this set. Yes, the SIRs and golds are pretty stupid difficult to pull but so far it's been a fun rip. Definitely a decent number of cards in the set a lot of people want. People complain a lot about S&V but I honestly think we're getting spoiled with all the amazing arts the era has offered us thus far. Looking forward to what the back half of the generation brings.

I opened 1 3pack blister and pulled nothing. But there's dome nice cards in this set

I like SV base more then temporal because of the pull rates. Buttt, they’re worth nothing because of said pull rates
Problem with S&V base is really no one likes it, which naturally keeps demand value down :(
Very unfortunate i opened 7 booster boxes of temporal forces and only managed to pull gourging fire and eri sir
I like the set but it’s a rough set for sure. The thing is I think twilight masquerade will be the same.
I’m thinking the same thing. I think Pokémon is trying to find a happy medium of more difficult pull rates and keeping SIRs valuable

I would be interested in investing in a Twilight masquerade box for you to open. Not sure if that interest you any but love to help support the channel. I was going to buy it anyway for my kiddos but this allows you to get an opening experience for content.

I love the pull rates for this set but there isn't anything worth chasing, imo.
There’s no massive stand out artwork card for me too. I like the art, but like Iron Crown SIR doesn’t blow me away

Holy twins basil opening lol I was hyped for Temporal at release, that hyped has turned into a mere meh. It's fighting for the bottom spot with SVBase for me.
