I agree, the Carnival Celebration is the absolute best ship I've been on. I've done the NCL Breakaway, Independence of the Seas, Carnival Sensation / Fascination, Carnival Triumph, Carnival Valor, and Carnival Magic... I REALLY liked the Breakaway, and Celebration has elements of what I loved about that ship - mainly the waterfront. Bravo to Carnival, I don't think I can go back to non Excel class ships now.... Will be on the Mardi Gras in Feb, and Horizon (Havana) in Sept 2024, and Horizon again (Family Harbor) in Feb 2025. Am also a Carnival shareholder.

This is so great I have the Vista, Mardi Gras, Horizon, and Celebration booked this year. Along with the Conquest that just feels like home even though it's older. I need some casino offers for all this cruising.
I paid for my first cruise on the conquest and the casino has paid for the rest. I’m platinum now in about 2 years of casino cruising.

Went back to a Carnival during pandemic. Just got off a 2 week Mediterranean cruise on NCL EPIC. HANDS DOWN, MISSED CARNIVAL! Doing Celebration in January 24. Can’t wait to be back on Carnival! Did Panorama in May 23. Best cruise ever!

It’s gets pretty intense…spoilers, I want to fist fight some guys from Park West and have an entire conversation with a spa employee….that does not work for the spa. The only reason it’s delayed are music licensing issues. I’d LOVE to release it right now! But copywriten music still being removed by RUclips.

I went on a B2B, purhcased the Cheers package for 1st leg, stocked up on beer, shots when I did not use up my 15 per day and drank them on my 2nd leg.
You can also do that in the gift shops onboard… they have no idea you are staying B2B!

One my favorite things about carnival is how friendly all the staff is all the time. Throughout the video you can see how friendly the staff is. Went on MSC and definitely no the same level of service as carnival.
I agree, MSC does have some great staff in Yacht club though… stay tuned next month for my review of Divina in yacht club!

There is an outdoors section on a high deck right under the rollercoaster and also in 1/2 the casino when it’s open and you are ACTIVELY playing.
We are going April of next year on this ship just came off the paradise a day ago first cruise so this one will be our second

Found your channel last night watching your video about the drink package! I was crying laughing. I’ve been on Celebration once and Mardi Gras Twice. Mardi Gras has some better bars inside. I have to be honest, I’ve also done Wonder of the Seas 2 times and if Royal didn’t water down their alcohol, they would be trash talked just like Carnival usually is.
I’ve not been on MardiGras yet.. but I board jubilee on Saturday. I don’t think it’s gonna change my opinion on Celebration, I do have MardiGras and Celebration booked side to side later this year!

Hi Richard, the algo introduced me to your channel recently and I've probably powered thru 6 hours of videos already! In particular your Virgin reviews showed a side of the ship that no others really explored, i.e. the bad operations. Sad that they were do good at the start, but it may have saved me a lot of $$$. The grog walk and trivia thing earlier seemed lame. Hearing somebody randomly cough as you were getting emotional in this video made me chuckle.
Remember that nearly EVERY other travel channel... IS, Wants To Be, Or Has A Relationship With A Travel Agent. I am actually going on my first ever cruise in July and after watching your videos I cannot wait. Just a 4 day day on Carnival Paradise but I am so looking forward to it after watching your videos. I already want to book a cruise on the Celebration. Carnival should be paying you for advertisement. I just wanted to ask if you buy the growler on one cruise can you keep using it on subsequent cruises or do you have to buy a new one each cruise?
Paradise is a great booze cruise! Not sure they fill on that ship because they don't make beer onboard that ship! But anywhere that sells pitchers should fill it.
I’m watching the whole thing. You said you’re not on the drinks package this time. Can you get those beer growlers on the Cheers package? Does one count as one of the 15? On Sea days I order wine with dinner because 15 is not enough. Sea days, I also put unopened beers in my cabin from the port day, the day before.
You can only get it EMPTY when you have cheers…. But you can also slip someone WITHOUT the drink package $20 in cash and have them buy for you…. I have MANY casino offers now where I only drink for free around the ship… so my guest could buy the growler fill for me. Of note, when you have cheers the brewers tour is also discounted by 30% and that’s normally all you can drink!

I was just on carnival celebration this past week and bought the growler and had it filled cost me 60
And I was not allowed to have it refilled on my drink package . I was only allowed to buy one drink at a time and pour it in the growler. So I’m not sure if they got wise to your tricks but it didn’t work for me.
I did NOT have the package on that cruise as I clearly Stated! You can only do as you are doing if you are on the package!
