Taiwan ( 台湾) must be protected it's very important to remember that Taiwan didn't become fully democratic until the 90's before Taiwan was fully democratic it was a dictatorship where if anyone spoke Taiwanese (台湾語) where heavily bullied into silence and if they were a school student they would be forced to wear a wooden sign over their neck saying"I will not speak Taiwanese!" If they spoke Taiwanese at school but Taiwan has come a very long way since then Taiwan was the very first Asian country to legalised same sex marriage I hope that one day if China ever becomes a democratic county I hope that both the Chinese government and the Taiwanese government will put the past behind them and look forward to the future.
