The producers now distribute the lines based on who can actually sing, they don't care about the members, just who has talent. Produce101 was solely based on popularity, and now its the producers turn to do whatever they want.
It's just really frustrating. I didn't expect (or even want) her to have a lot of lines, but just one solid line would have been nice at least as a service to her fans.

I'm not saying they can't sing, but yeonjung and sejeong obviously as such a higher level that the company probably feels they have to give them the most lines to keep the song alive (very very is a bit more even at least but its after a whole extra year of training almost). when you get a popularity based competition a lot of people got picked because of visuals and prehype i think and not talent in singing.

@ above commenter: mina isn't actually stable live. if you check jellyfish's audition and pay attention to mina's singing she isn't very stable especially while dancing. so that is probably why. as for doyeon, i think she is okay, but she is also not the most stable as i've observed in whatta man.

Well actually line distribution was made by the producer of the song, not the choreographer, the company or the members themselves so it's just simple as the producer of this song bias some of the members' voice more than some others. That's all. He definitely would give more lines to those he thought suit the song more than those who did not.
It shows that the leader vocal has many advantages in girl groups. Image if IOI has only one leader vocal, add Sejeong's and Yoonjung's parts together, it will be almost 50% of the song. The leader vocal has more chance to show her gift even she is not the "center". Other groups are similar. The most popular member in the groups GG, Apink, Girls Day, AOA etc is the leader vocal.
