Poor Sludge got the short end of the stick. With that being said, I still enjoy messing with the figure since he's a lot of fun to transform from mode to mode. But yeah, I'm just buying these Dinobots for Volcanicus because more combiners is always good. Great review of Sludge, TF Collector!

Im glad Hasbro is actually doing something new with these guys, given this era of transformers isnt really about that. If you want accurate dinobots, the leaders will satisfy, if you want something interesting, these guys exist. Even if they're a bit compromised, especially sludge here, i still appreciate the change and effort
I'm still salty that the first Generations Dinoking were getting is only going to be a core class retool of the Dinobots. I'd much rather have a full size Monstructor/Dinoking.

tbh it's kinda hard to do new things with the dinobots... sludge was never really in anything besides comics
That's true. There are only so many ways you can reconfigure their designs without completely redoing them.
