Hey dong do you think pyke mid being a good champion relates more to this player being really good or is it simply a matter of adjusting his playstyle after all the nerfs he has gotten?

Pyke's kit is an atrocity. Invisibility, sustain, movespeed boost, mobility, extremely high burst, 2 hard cc and an execution. Plus the gold shenanigans. That is Akali-level broken of you know what you are doing.
now i wonder how good will pyke mid be if a nautilus mid fought him. more waveclear + tanky so he can’t be cheesed + can roam as well + TONS of cc + shield against poke Worlds Finals 2019 can give you an insight about how bad a matchup would be.
So for runes isn’t it also possible to get more sustain: fleet as a keystone it is really helpful and sanguine blade is also a great item since it allows you to take turrets really well if needed

Pyke mid is just strong , his kit is just good for mid , they made a support with everything a mid laner needs Passive healing (please nerf) W stealth , speed , roam E stun dash Q hook that can also deal damage R execution that also can be used for mobility He might not be able to farm as well as a mid laner , but he has the perfect mid kit This is mt opinion at least
the only thing that makes pyke one of the most viable assassins is that he shares the gold when he kills enemys with ulti... so its not bad when u take all the kills... a talon with 10/0 can still loose a pyke with 10/0 wont likely loose cause he is also feeding his team

If you see this in 10.15, you should upgrade e after q, not w, they changed it and w has 40% extra ms on every level, before it scaled from 40% to 60%

Jup, Pyke is even better, you basically always get a kill lvl 2 on melees, and ranged can't do anything against you.
wouldnt the tiamat rush fix the wave clear problem atleast its mostly that way for talon he does have his w sure but its mostly the same thing

Because the designer of the champ wanted him to be a supp and no other role, so he butchered his waveclear to force him to stay as a supp.
Before Pyke there were nothing like Pyke.
