Amazing!! 🤩👍 You can also mix different chrome colors in the same bottle to make new colors. For example, mixing silver and gold chromes will give you a champagne gold color, or mixing blue and yellow will give you green, or mixing blue and red will give you purple, etc...

Ha ha ha omg Cammi you did it. I can only get 100% alcohol here and I am so gonna do this. You’re a genius. I wanted the BP version but now I’m making my own. They are messy and this stops all of that. Fantastic 🇦🇺❤️
Lol i was so happy it worked😆 I am really exited too. Now we can make all mica powders and chromes into liquid. I absolutly love the liquid version. So mess free.

@@jenpierce2385 Yes the purple I did is some kind of mica powder I mean. Just the pigment/chrome and 99% alcohol.
Okay, this is awesome!!! The first one that you used looked like mica powder, which you can basically use as chrome. I have two small baskets FILLED with nothing but chrome and mica powders, but I hate using them because they are SO damn messy. You just saved anyone who does nails. I'm definitely doing this!!!

Did you end up trying to make your own liquid chrome.. I wish I had as much mica/chrome as you .. I am absolutely in LOVE with ALL of the different powders we can use for nail art.. can you please recommend where I can order some mica/chrome powders please... thank you ☺️
@@camillekelly3341 you can always just order a pack of mica powders they have packs with chromes, pearalesent and chameleon all in one box plus they are only between 10-15$ or Amazon also has a decent pack of chromes for 9.99.. I got a pack of 23 mica powders for 6 bucks and there's some gorgeous colors in the in the package

@@jenpierce2385 I didn't find it I just tried it. Thought it might work with alcohol since it evaporates to fast. Don't know what companies are using, but I got it to work perfect with 99% alcohol.

I usually don't comment but i wanted to give you A SPECIAL THANKS for sharing! I've tried to replicate this same thing but i was using 91% alcohol, as well as, a combo of alcohol and acetone and couldn't figure it out so THANK YOU for breaking that code for the rest of us!

So the 91% didn't work 😔.. I have trouble finding the 91 % and have never seen 99 % 🤦🏼♀️😭
I saw someone say it works with dehydrator too
Unfortunately, 91% is the highest alcohol percentage i have been able to find 😩

Yes exactly. I was thinking it smells like a good cleanser or something so i just had to try. And it worked. I was so happy because i love the liquid chromes.

I wonder if you can make “inks” using pigment powder? Would be worth a try!
Well it won't lay on the nail like ink. And when you touch it the extra powder glides off. That's why you have to rub after it has dried a bit. So i don't think It's gonna work good,, but give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Love this ♥️ were did you get your little polish bottles??? There ideal!!! I find it hard to get bottles of isopropyl alcohol here, but il Wil have to buy some of TMC prep as that is I think 99% and use it , and then look for bags of chrome instead of useing the smal pot ones I have. This wil be awasome

I bought those plastic bottles on aliexpress a long time ago. But i see that after days they have evaporated a bit so i have ordered 5ml glass polish bottles instead. And i know the struggle of getting hold of ISO alcohol. It's a pain here and now this bottle is gone. Have to pay over $70 for 5 litre as the cheapest pluss shippping🤦♀️😂

I'll take that back. Looked at the bottles again now and i don't think they have evaporated. So scru them good and they should work just fine. Just search empty nail polish bottles on aliexpress. It's pack of 10.
How well will it work with white background
You get the same resault as using the dry pigment just over different colors. Aurora always turns out much different and lighter over white and light colors. But you can do this with all kind of chrome or mica pigments.

This is incredible 🤩 I'm so excited to try this out and buy a bunch of tiny nail polish bottles from Amazon 😂 Did you happen to try this with 70% alcohol yet? I can only find 91% at my stores too but I've never seen 99% . And do you know if there is a difference between chromes and mica powders? Like is there an extra ingredient in the chromes not just mica?? because I have a box of 50 mica powder colors and if they can be nail chromes I would be so darn excited!! I initially bought them to add to ISO alcohol to make metallic alcohol inks but I haven't done it yet. .Maybe it can make chrome and alcohol ink, 2 in 1, all you have to do is rub to make it chrome or paint with it for ink haha 😂. Wouldn't that be awesome!! 😂😊 S0o glad I just found your channel ❤

I have not tried with 70%so give it a try. And i am pretty sure the pink i used here is mica powder so it should work perfect as a liquid chrome👍

The liquid Chrome is less messy and gets into every corner. Just esier i think.

Det er jeg usikker på. Tenkte at den bør være sterk så den funker best. Jeg kjøpte denne på 123elektronikk tror jeg det hette for år siden. Skal sjekke om den er å få tak i og gi deg linken på dm hvis jeg finner den igjen. Men prøv litt med 70%😘

It almost looks like the born pretty, but they show shaking the bottle because it looks like it sinks to the bottom
