This stuff keeps on improving and has so much variety. I still have hope for an eventual cover of "Sign" from Berserk, that or "Godskin Apostles" from Elden Ring. Those would slap harder than a backhand from the Hulk.
My Brother would be my pick, it already has some DOOM-y groovy blood and guts slaying energy, but nobody's released a mix with it that works well, so far as I've found.

Just watched the video!!! The solo was magnific. Absolutely amazing work. Sadly i can't say much since i don't have musical knowledge. But it pleases my ears like seeing a sledgehammer destroy a cinder block.

Can’t lie while this slaps the doom doesn’t feel in it probably because it has a higher frequency of notes but still slaps none the less

It's not the higher notes because if you listen to something like the super gore nest you'll quickly see that Mick Gordon himself has utilized higher pitched notes. It's simply a style difference, however imo It's still just as heavy as the Doom soundtrack is if not heavier at some points. 1:44 - 2:24 for example.
@@Man2Goblin he means there's a higher frequency of notes (a.k.a more notes), which i agree makes it feel less DOOM-y since DOOM music is generally slower-paced. however, I think I like the faster pace more
@@zapp7938 In what world is modern doom music slow? Take a listen to something like bfg 10K. Usually, the tempo is very fast in a modern doom track. As to match the fast paced gameplay.
@@Man2Goblin there are exceptions like Super Gore Nest and BFG 10K. However, most are slower-paced (e.g Cultist Base, The Only Thing They Fear Is You, Metal Hell, etc). You can especially hear it when you listen to At Doom's Gate from both DOOM 1 and the newer games. Bobby Prince's is much faster than Mick's version. Also the beta combat track for Super Gore Nest (a.k.a. 264 bpm) was literally cut from the game because it was too fast-paced and made the player annoyed.
This instrumental works both ways, play it in the background while playing Doom Eternal or play it in the background while playing Metal Gear Rising! The entire track is amazing though, with and without vocals. And the original video was a blast to watch! Thank you for making this!! 🔥❤🔥🔥
