Great explanation between bottom and deco gas! 21/35 is so versatile.

In our training the 100ft/30m MOD for 32% is because of the max END not PPO2.

    Hi Achim,
Great video as usual, thank you for that.
I don't know if you will read this comment, but after training with advanced trimix, I am going more and more on very deep dives (100-140m) with CCR and I am considering "refuelling" my body during decompression stops with water, energy gel or isotonic drinks.
I am looking for advices on the internet but the topic "eating and drinking underwater" is not much developed.
Maybe that could be a good topic for a video? what to eat/drink, why, how? and how to make the "rig the set up"? How to tie a camelbak to a bailout or something? If you have experience with this, it would be awesome that you share it with us.
Thank you in advance, always looking forward to your next video.
    Bye

Just my personal experience - isotonic drinks; jab a slit around bottom edge with your dive knife and squeeze the content into your mouth. Was doing it on 100+ m dives in warm waters where deco becomes quite long. Worked well. Did not go beyond 3h runtimes so that's what it worked for me.

Super cool! Compliments you Video on stage preparation! Would love to see you prepare all that for the Thestis! Makes sense, if you do it on Kiss Classic, with Bailouts! Keep ist up! Can you do a video on trimix diving in particular.

That's the definition of the difference between TOD and MOD.....
