I'm a CS die hard. I like valo too. You're kidding yourself if you think CS smoke lineups make the game harder. They make it harder to get into the game, but they aren't hard to do. You learn a smoke, you throw it. Damn easy.
Is it hard to strategically throw them and coordinate with your team and make the right calls at the right time? Of course it's hard. But let's not pretend that CS utility is rocket science compared to valorant. Valorant has MORE utility types. Valorant is harder in this aspect. I say this, again, as a 20 year CS player literally (28 years old now YUCK)

You don't need to know a specific lineup for each smoke, Brimstone can just put them where he wants instantly. You don't need to lineup a perfect molly behind a box because you can just Breach aftershock it etc. etc. etc.

Mechanically CS is leaps and bounds more difficult than any gunplay in valorant simply because of the way character models move and the different kinds of guns. Valorant is much harder strategically, especially at a pro level, due to the various interactions between different pieces of utility and the amount of effort and utility you have to put into taking even a little bit of space

Sometimes you get killed, even tho you didnt play bad. Its sometimes frustrating learning valorant as a cs player, because people of al the utilities, that makes a fight often uneven. In CS everybody got the same abilities and utilites, its the raw skill that matters. Map awareness, strategical thinking, aim, crosshair placement, utility usage.
