    You can save the pumpkin seeds, wash them, dry them and roast it. Godd snack....especially for men....

      Dear starchild, Thank you for this wonderful feedback. I love doing this aswell :D they are super addictive! Do you add salt before toasting or do you soak them in salt water beforehand? Or do you prefee them without salt? I actually used to eat these with the skins. Do you peeling them by hand or with your teeth? :D sorry so many questions! Haha

      @@thefarmingchefs Well, it os better with salt, so yes, you can soak it in salt water and dry them. I would not eat it with the skin because it is really not good for stomach. I would not worry about being addictive. In Austria they sell the pumpkin seed oil in pharmacy by the way and you have it for free as by product.
