In this clip, Ladon "Beast" Simon addresses a scene from season one of BMF on STARZ, when the character based on him (Lamar) shot Southwest T in the eye. The former drug lord states for the record that he never did such a thing in real life. Moving along, Simon shares the gritty details of what led to a face-to-face "sit down" with Big Meech about a series of shootings involving his nephew and brother. From there, he recalls shooting up a party that Big Meech held, a few blocks away from his home at a restaurant called the "Coney Island." Simon explained that the reason he decided to make a move on Big Meech that day is because he viewed the location of his party as a slight at him. Big Meech ended up getting shot during that incident. "After that, everywhere I went, they'd just run," stated Simon.

He started out small and really got it in and earned his stripes and then when it was time for him 2 step his game up to the next level he had respect from the other guys that were on his level and where he started out small time his hustle game was on point.... That's what made him able to understand that violence was a last resort when all else fails and what made him disciplined enough to get a cartel connect and not end up getting in over his head or owing too much bread and being killed... To be successful in this shit you gotta be raised up in it from a young age and keep improving and learning until it's your time to blow....
