Si vous savez combien les choses ont changé depuis ces trucs,,, actuellement l'air conditionné est plus important que la vue de la tour Eiffel, l'état et le maintien du bâtiment sont aussi plus important que les moulures et la hauteur du plafond,,,,, enfin pas mal d'autres choses

Bonjour. En effet, c'est un appartement typiquement Haussmannien en parfait état dans lequel des nombreux éléments d'origine sont présents. Il est magifique. C'est un bien qui plaira aux amateurs d'histoire et d'authenticité.
