An example how to calculate longitude, latitude and distance from earth center (positional data) for a given timepoint from a TLE would be great!

At 21:19, I don’t think the offset time t0 is arbitrary. It must surely be related to the time at which the Greenwich meridian passed the vernal line(?)

It was about the Classical Orbital Elements (inclination, eccentricity, semi-major axis, ...). You can find great online materials about the topic :)
