Brilliant presentation, for someone who has zero knowledge on remote sensing this video can provide basic understanding. However, towards the end of the video which is also very important, the remote sensing of vegetation, soil and water are not well explained. Very short proportion of time is considered for these three important components of remote sensing for environmental purposes.
Remarkable lecture, Thank you Dr! If time Dr please provide us an information on the Land use land cover dynamics using GIS. I couldn't found in your entire nice presentation of you. If I am mistaken please share me. Thank you so much for your time and unlimited support.
i have 3 question concerning GIS. Q1.If you wish to monitor the development of a tropical cyclone in the Indian Ocean, which type of satellite would you choose? Justify your answer Q2. why connectivity of lines and polygons is an important component in OpenStreetMap? Q3.Discuss, in relation to satellite-based remote sensing, the radiative transfer model of the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum in the ocean, including in your answer the various types of scattering and interactions between electromagnetic radiation from the sun and atmospheric constituents. Thank you
Dr, first of all thanks to this good lecturing and i need to ask you conserning map scale. My question is when we construct a graphical scale there is unite from zero to left side so what it indecate? Pease Dr, i need it seriesly.
