I saw another video and can't understand what is, what sounds to me like aqwater. Is it the same as distilled water ? I bought some oils and the fixative, dont know what percentage to use of the fixative either.Thanks.

i bought Elysium from one of the vending machines. and it was very good quality at first but after a week it started getting softer and more powdery. is it because I got it from a vending machine or is that just the fragrance ?
