Please send confirmation Emails with invoice to you customers. Improve on your customer service there is no way to contact Luxodor provide an email so that your customers can contact you. Your contact page does not work. It is use less to make videos of how to mix perfumes if your customers can't get there perfume oils as the customs officer will sit on it and ask for detailed item invoice.

Even though they have good perfumes they are deceiving customers and lying to them. In the promotional email that they sent it was saying you would get a free oil roller if you buy 100ml perfume or more, ordering via WhatsApp only. Once you do that, they send you free oil roller from any random perfume they choose, even thought it’s not written anywhere. Anyone would expect that you would receive the same scent as the perfume you ordered. Instead I received a horrible scent that they chose (probably as nobody would buy so they had extra), that I threw away. Once contacting their customer care they just said “Sorry for the inconvenience”. Even when I told them they are deceiving people, as it’s not written anywhere, they couldn’t care less and just said sorry. This is after spending thousands and thousands purchasing products from their website. That’s how they “care” about their customers. Huge disappointment.
