Congratulations on passing your test! This cover actually got the guys a last minute invite to a birthday party for a very important person back in 2019. As they were told later, Diana Ross came across this video and afterward spent an entire day watching everything she could on them. Official videos to concert footage recorded by fans. She liked them so much that they were sent a personal (via her assistant) invite to her 75th birthday party so she could meet them. It happened to fall on a day they were in between concerts so they didn’t have to postpone or cancel any show. But it did make for a very tiring 48 hours for them. Their concerts were on the east coast, Ms Ross’ party was on the west. So they had two concert performances, two long airplane rides, and a very big party to attend in two days. But they still have everything they could to their fans.

That’s why we love them. They sound so good even while goofing around, they have goofy medleys too. They do have serious videos for sure. You just haven’t watched them yet. Good reaction Adam and yes, those were fans who sent in videos.

They are the SAME WAY at their concerts, just loads of fun... seen them twice in person, and each time was soooo much fun, and they sang different songs (not all but more than 50% were different) at each concert and they were only 4 months apart !! Go see them if they come to the UK you won'y regret it !! Tickets are modestly priced too.
I think because all of them were professional, touring singers before joining Home Free (which, prior to covid, played 250 or so engagements a year), they don't take themselves too seriously. The band's joint ethic is peace, acceptance, love, respect and laughter. Tim (bass) has said that you can't laugh at anyone/anything unless you can laugh at yourself. If you want a sample of his wit (and he has a very quick wit) try watching any of the "Uncle Tim's Story Time" videos - they're all taken from live concerts. I'd recommend "Natemares".
They did another video featuring a lot of patrons ... Everybody Walkin This Land. It shows a different side of them which makes me love them even more. That was done during the USA protests of summer 2020. They also did a collab. with Peter Hollens with patrons of both channels, Still Haven't Found What I Am Looking For.
Love their collaborations with Peter Hollens. When you include Peter, you understand how they all know each other from the Sing Off series. Peter and his group On the Rocks were in Season 2 along Adam Chance's former group Street Corner Symphony, PTX was on Season 3 and finally VoicePlay and Home Free on Season 4. VoicePlay featured singers from many of the groups on their song Just Sing.

This video was so fun! And yes, you probably have heard the original O'Jays version, it's a classic. Did you notice the little moment with the Lego Minifigures of the guys? You might want to add the video of Crazy Life to your list, it's a lot of fun and is done entirely with Lego stop motion animation! It's an older one from when Chris was still with the group.
