THE O'S KITCHEN: MIM EP 6 - VEGAN COOKIES

No milk. No eggs. No butter. And it tastes amazing! Great healthy treat for the young ones too!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of oat flour(regular flour works too)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 to 1 cup of peanut butter
2 mashed bananas
2 tbsp crashed ginger
Handful of raisins
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup of jaggery(brown sugar or sweetener of choice)
2 tsp soaked chia seeds
