Before adjusting your carb don't forget to check that you haven't got any leaks anywhere along the exhaust system. If you have then this will upset the "back pulse" and your engine will run erratically and this changes as the exhaust warms up/cools down.

I always thought that carburetor settings was a bit of a dark art but you've now made it accessible to all of us. Thank you team Northern Skies; excellent tutorial!

Nice one Ric. Nice tutorial vid mate. I'm loving the the carb adjustment screwdriver. Way better than my 'L' shaped fixed screwdriver I have.

Cheers it's really useful! The data speaks for itself I've had a 100% reduction in wrist burns since finding it!

Thank you for this. I've had several motor outs in a row after holding cruise speed, 5000-5500RPM, for about 10-15 seconds. I think it's too rich. (Moster 185 MY20)

I accidently turned the H needle just a little bit today, what should i do now, the idle is abit rough and high vibration. I was trying to replace my throttle cable end cap/termination when I accidently turn the H needle.

      @@joatmon_servant I would speak to
Your dealer if its in warranty? If
      Not set it back to
      Factory settings.

@@northernskies the warranty already expired last year. According to the datasheet, the H has to be set at 1 Hour + 30/40 min, but how do I begin to set it to that configuration, do I need to fully close the H screw first then turn it to 1hr+30mins?
