- Shot out on the boat to some awesome remote coasts in far-north New Zealand for a spearfishing mission. Ended up with a decent haul of fish and a Paua! Cheers to Ocean Hunter and Bushbuck for the great gear!
Feel free to ask any questions about my gear/techniques in the comments, and cheers for watching!

Such a rewarding and wholesome way to live.
Thanks so much for your comment!
Hey great video awesome diving up north! Would recommend taking your snorkel out of your mouth just before your dive if your snooping snap in my opinion I think they can hear the water filling up the snorkel.
Thanks so much mate! Cheers for the tip, looking back that’s probably why I had no luck on the snoop!
Nice boss man I love this content
Anyway I am a RUclipsrs and I do love spearfhising I Come from Indonesia
Good luck 😊😊
Awesome! Thank you!
Very jealous, was in a remote place similar to this south coast NSW today for a dive, abalone octopus and some Kina…
However your spots looks a tad bit prettier,
Cheers mate thats awesome! NSW is definitely on the bucket list for me!
Epic mission
Cheers!
How was the Porae? I missed one my last dive and have been left wondering whether it wouldve been any good or not
Hey mate, yeah it was actually quite nice! was perfectly good eating just pan fried and crumbed up!
Porae are really similar eating to tarakihi, I don’t know why people snob them but they’re actually really good. Over winter I normally take a couple when I see them if there’s no snapper around
Meann bro see seen u yesterday out torbay..
hey mate cheers for watching!
Excellent video, I have just subscribed to your channel.
Glad you liked it, thanks so much! Im aiming to put out a lot more content over summer so stay tuned!
Sure that was a Porae? looked like a blue Moki… which are tasty as.
When I first saw it I thought it might be as well, but was definitely a Porae, a blue moki would've been an absolute treat!
Paua don't survive being pulled off so better to measure them in place brother
