That Beltra FZ thing is definitely extremely interesting looking especially when your rear bumper decided to eject lol. I'm surprised the Valkyrie is so far down too but I'd be interested to see Lap times on more technical tracks for a comparison of grip levels between cars (they will take ages to do though). Nice work Gleiber and this Grid is definitely looking much better than the 2019 game.
The Renault is from 2006 which was when 7 speed gearboxes were first required. The last teams still using 6 speed in 2005 were in fact Renault, Williams and Minardi.
Its a bit hard to believe old can-am cars would be faster than the R26, around a track at least. Even the turbopanzer with its ridiculous 1600hp on full boost. But what am i talking about with a sim-cade...
To think about it this way these are the same development team for need for speed (Codemasters) if they had this sense of speed and handling like this I hope that it’ll get nfs back on its feet

yeah, same car. the achievement for winning the Formula X championship in career mode is called "thanks for the Mad support", as a clear nod to SMS lending their assets. the Ginetta's, classic stock car, rookie open wheeler and some other vehicles are also lifted from Project Cars

That's because at one point in time the CanAm cars were indeed faster than F1 cars but they were faster than the F1 cars of the period, not so much now with the modern ones.
A shame the physics, handling is so shallow, it seems all these cars feel the same. What's the interest in it, idk. Just different shape, sound, and speed. Seems a nice game with lot content, too bad its so shallow even with no aids. Its 90% off in pstore but idk..
And why do you assume it's my driving and not yours? You can literally see my laps in the video. You say that you did your own tests but you provide no information about them at all. Why not tell us your own lap times on the same track with the top 3 cars from my video? Are you faster than me with the Renault? Or are you just slower with the other two?
