    Why I have to use both USB and AC cable ? Can the Jabra base use eletricity from the USB cable?

    The manual of the Engage 65 shows connecting the USB directly to the headset not the base and holding down a button when connecting directly to a computer. Anywhere to find this step in greater detail?

      Hello J -
      1. Plug the supplied micro-USB cable into an
      available USB port on your computer
      2. Press and hold the Volume up button on the
      headset while at simultaneously plugging the
      micro-USB cable into the headset. Once the
      LED on the headset stops flashing green,
      release the button
      3. The headset can now be selected as as audio
      playback device on the computer
      Please note that using this connection, the headset can be used for audio playback only, the microphone will not function.     Why doesn't my Jabra Engage 75 headset work with my softphone when connected to the USBPC port? I use Innovaphone to make calls to my clients, and I USE the Jabra headset to function like a phone. When I connect it to a regular USB port, it works but with some issues. Additionally, when I reboot my PC, I need to disconnect the Jabra base from the power cable and the USB port to get it to work again. Any ideas on how to solve these problems? Thanks for your responses.

    Hello, can you show how to replace the ear cushion ? it was removed when it accidentally fell but I cannot put it back properly :(

    Can you connect Jabra engage 65 to a mobile Phone? Blue light flicers but it doesnt apear to be discoverable from the mobile phone menu. Tried IPhone and androind. Doesnt work on any of them.

      Hello Abaft - The Jabra Engage 65 is not a Bluetooth device and cannot connect to mobile phones. Thank you.

    Very very difficult to set up a Jabra Engage 65 on a computer. Not friendly and easy.

    Jabra Direct doesn't detect my Engage 65. Any ideas why?

    This Jabra Engage 75 pisses me off! Jabra claims it can connect to 6 devices, but it limits HOW you connect to them. I can connect to only 1 PC? That's ridiculous! And that connection must be via USB. Why tf would you make a bluetooth headset, yet have to connect it via USB? Why can't I connect the Engage 75 to my PC via bluetooth the same why I connect the headset to my mobile device? This is crap!
