I've been staying very healthy eating a big bowl of berries about 1 hour after i wake-up.. this is all the fruit I eat per day and also most of my carbs. I only eat 2 hours post workout with very little carbs and mainly fat and protein, works for me
Good question. Personally I don’t want to rely on huge muscles to stay metabolically fit. I do lift but it’s not made me lean yet. Maybe if you are male and do steroids you really can make enough difference to your calorie burn to allow you to stay lean.
