- What's Yume 2kki?
Yume 2kki (ゆめ2っき) is the fanmade "sequel" to the popular RPG maker game, Yume Nikki. In this game, you play as a young girl named Urotsuki and explore your dreams, much like Yume Nikki. The goal of the game is to collect the Effects scattered throughout the dream worlds.
What's 100%?
Yume 2kki is far larger than Yume nikki, having a lot more collectables. So, 100% includes: All effects, all Wallpapers and all Kura puzzles.

Welp, now that there's been a bunch of new updates, time for me to binge-watch this again! I'm really impressed that this game is still getting updated btw, the yume nikki fandom will never die at this rate
Yume 2kki marathon! Time to binge.
As a retro gamer the atmosphere, audio and visuals are absolutely outstanding. The soundtrack is top 5 of all time in my book. If it had turn based combat, random encounters and leveling up with skills and stuff I would have put in top 5 games of all time. However it's a walking simulator basically and more fun to watch and listen. I just don't get enjoyment from holding down a the d pad to walk and that's it. One of a few perfect games to watch though.
Off is pretty much that, visuals are much creepier though
Maybe someday there'll be an update regarding all of this , the game isn't completed yet and probably never will

I love this game, and yet, I haven't ever felt an actual urge to 100% it, wandering through its sometimes marvelous, other times unsettling dream worlds is more than enough.

3:07 Windows ME (Yume 2kki's Easter Eggs)
Is it OK if I don't 100% the game? I really love it and enjoy it but don't have much time lately, and find it really confusing and tiresome to navigate back and forth and look through wiki everytime. I got ≈70% wallpapers, all locations wiki pages visited and looked through (not in game) with half of them looked through in game, 3 endings and all effects. I hope 2kki and Urotsuki will still like me even though I am not as dedicated
That's okay man, don't worry lol. You can just leave it there and return to the game whenever you want.
Optionally, load your savefile in yume 2kki online and play there, people can help you and it's a different experience 👀
does anyone know the name of the song that starts at 12:10 ? Or the one when you enter smile-san's room.. They're the same. I get that it's just a repeating sound but does it have a name or anything?

I have been playing 2kki since around 2013. I really know the game, so I obtained some important effects really quickly. It wasn't a blind run.

It's pretty difficult to run the game for the first time.
@@FukoSan That's very kind... I was saying more in the terms of, why can't it be easy to install for everyone, like Yume Nikki? A lot of time ago we installed it on my friend's PC, but it involved viewing Japanese sites, installing RPG Maker package and japanese language. I also can do the search, but it's still a turn off.
I'm not really sure, but I think it is because Yume Nikki, as it is the original game, actually got localized to work in operative systems with other languages. Yume 2kki, as other japanese fangames, were made with the Japanese version of RPG Maker 2000. This program requires a japanese Operative System to run correctly as it is old and japanese.
At least that's what I think.

You need to understand that I, personally DO NOT CARE about the fandom wiki anymore.
@@FukoSan My behaviour? It's not like your behaviour wasn't a lot worse. Vandalising the wiki's theme design by making it something that isn't canon to the series. Encouraging other users to vandalise the wiki. And leaving messages on the main page telling other users not to edit the wiki, instead of giving them the choice which platform they want to edit the Yume 2kki Wiki on.
Not sure how you found out that I contacted others unless they told you. If you don't want me to continue scolding you for being an incompetent Administrator and Bureaucrat then fine, but that still doesn't justify the actions that everyone took. Simply leaving the wiki without vandalising it or making it unusable would have been better.
If you genuinely didn't care about the Fandom wiki anymore, then you should have resigned instead of doing what you did. Or waiting for Staff to demote you to stop you doing the things that you were doing. Since they couldn't be reverted by non-administrators.
