  • The 5 Card Selection Card Trick Performance.
From a shuffled pack of cards, five cards are dealt and a spectator has a free choice of any of the cards.
In an envelope, that is on the table throughout the trick, is a prediction.
Despite the cards being shuffled, and the selected card being a free choice, is there any way the prediction can match the chosen card?

That is a good trick. I first thought they were marked cards, but the prediction was already made.
That made me think that there are multiple outs.
You knew what 5 cards are dealt on the table.
You wouldnt use the envelope if it was one of the other cards.
Your other predictions could have been hiding under each corner of the card mat.
I could be wrong, but its a good thought, lol.😮

wow, what a great puzzle crashmagic presented us with today! it's obvious he knows all five cards, and I am thinking multiple outs too.
a few years ago, the magician/hypnotist called 'spidey' taught a wonderful halloween card trick using 6 random cards and an envelope. and the prediction turns out right every time because of the creative multiple outs. a really fantastic effect.
so Crashmagic...are we on the right track?

@@Laurencetw seems you're like me; love the puzzle of how it was/could have been done 🙂. Multiple outs? A possibility but I did show the prediction 🤔
