Several other departments head’s have classification authority as well. The “how” or the processes have never been adjudicated on before, it was a given that the President has said authorities. I know the legal process for those persons and agencies below the Office of the President. Have you heard of the subject matters of these documents Trump had in his possession? What do you think of Biden’s documents case?

The 11th circuit should immediately honor this appeal and do the right thing and remove Cannon from this case. Do all of these people, including Cannon, not understand the laws and the constitution? They say that Smith had to be confirmed by the Senate to make his appointment as special council constitutional. Negative. Garland had to be and was confirmed by the Senate. The laws and constitution allow him to hire any inferior officer to assist him, without Senate approval. if he needed to be confirmed, then throw out every case involving a special council in history. Because Thomas (SCOTUS) planted this seed in her brain to throw it out for the foregoing reasons, he is obviously not qualified to sit on the highest court in the land either.

I believe she did understand the constitution and her written decision indicated this. Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution and the appointments clause is very specific. Not just anyone can be made a special prosecutor. This requires an act of Congress. We must support and cherish the constitution.

As a federal judge, she can't be removed from the bench without impeachment by the House of Representatives and removal by the Senate. Removing her from the case is a little easier, but not by much.

They disagree with her not taking the precedence of the same cases been brought on before with the same arguments and the higher courts siding with the AG authority to appoint and run the cases. They way it looks to me is that she copy pasted Justice Thomas unsolicited opinion on the matter assuming if appealed it will end up at the Supreme Court and the outcome is assured. And that is not withstanding that Congress have requested the AG appoints a SC to investigate the Supreme Court Justices with corruption issues. So Justice Thomas provided his opinion to question the AG appointment process. Yes, it looks like corruption.

Too bad they can’t just change any rules that affect Trump legally, so he can get all his cases dismissed. After all, he is very special and should not have to be affected by laws. If all his offenses could just be dismissed, he could save the world. Maybe that’s what he means by favoring “law and order.” Laws he has broken could be trashed and anyone broken the same laws could be freed of responsibility for their actions , too.
