I just bought it yesterday and the reel just amazing because I don't really stand with Daiwa And I only used Shimano but when I'm using this reel it feels so small 😂 love it so much

Comprei uma, para os tucunarés amarelos, troquei os rolamentos, por cerâmicos, ficou top.
Recomendo o equipamento para peixes até 4 kg.

Ola Carlos Jose, podes me dar mais detalhes dos rolamentos que trocastes? Estás usando a spool de fábrica de 14g ou uma oem (vi uma no AliExpress de 8g a preço ótimo não sei se presta)

Ich nutze diese Rolle zum schweren Barsch und leichtem Hechtfischen an einer 10-30g Rute mit 0,14er geflochtenen. Sie wirft Gewichte von 8-18 Gramm hervorragend, ich besitze 2 dieser PR 100, man kann sie auspacken, bespulen und loslegen, ohne vorher zu entfetten. Hier in Deutschland wird dieses Modell für 80-100€ gehandelt, was ziemlich teuer ist, habe sie mir bei Aliexpress für 30€ das stück gekauft. Diese Rolle spielt in der oberen Liga, ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

I picked up a left hand CA80 with the Magforce, ie, Doyo/Lew’s/Abu style brakes, on eBay for around $64 and sadly it outcasts my Tatula 100 with Daiwa’s Magforce Z brakes by a lot.

You should check out the Shimano Bass One XT. Looks better than the US model Shimano Caius B. It also has 5 bearing compare to the slx and caius which those 2 has 4 bearing only. Paint wise is way better too.

Can daiwa pr100 cast bfs? Since they came out with a shallow spool.
That frame doesn't look half bad. If they made it from aluminum and put parts on it fitting of a $150-200 reel along with a quality 32-34mm Mag-Z free-floating spool in it, it would sell well.

That's right. Really cheap. The cheapest feeling real I've had my hands on but I have only had "real" reel brands baitcasters in my hands, not any pissyfun or other Alibaba reels.
I picked up a cc80 on amazon for $45. Well worth the money.

Have you looked some of the 1980s daiwa baitcasters? All these copied from shimano you're talking about are very similar to 80s daiwa low and mid range like the top angled part - looks identical to old models just thinner and most had the one diagonal side over spool

love the looks and at that price why not pick one up, then saw its only in 6.3. For me a 6.3 reel is hell to fish. I had to sell my Scorpion DC after just 2 uses. i know people like them but anything in the 6 gear range is just to slow for me and my fishing style. to bad cuz looks like a nice budget reel.
I find the 6 gear range to be great for crank baits and spinnerbaits. The lower gears allow for less stress on my hands.

Seems like a good reel for the Japan price. I ordered a bass rise based on your videos, and it seems really nice. I haven’t gotten to fish with it yet. Do you possibly have any plans to test the Shimano Bass One XT? I just ordered one, but I’d love to hear your thoughts if you ever get one.

Don't need $50, just go to Category 5 Bearings. Buy one get on free bearings, so roughly $20 per set of bearings, shipping included

I got a lite package sent from Japan for 19.00. It's funny they can send stuff cheap but if I sent to Japan it would be like 500. Lol.

I have this reel. It is ok but a bit rickety rick feeling. Abus cheapest reel feels alot better. This will be a reserv reel. Didnt like it vwry much. It feels cheap, really cheap.

@@THEREELTEST haha so true, still I have a friend who dislikes shimano finest works. Can’t tell for sure what, as it’s subjective af. I personally don’t like the “pre-adjusted” tension knob on daiwa new models, therefore I don’t like daiwa reels.

Promax / black max / revo x have a ton of aftermarket parts available and they all share spools. Best budget option imo and viable for a good bfs conversion.
China makes it not a JDM reel, jappenese domestic market, hence.
its made to be sold in the Japanese Domestic Market, so its JDM.
