My thought of the Amne ability for this script: If you are made mad about being a character, you also have that character's ability. Might not come up, but could also be funny if made mad about multiple abilities. And also a great target for the Alch-Cere.
That "Lightning Rod" amne ability, that Lorinda suggested should be its own townsfolk character, but with a little less certainty: "All minion abilities have a chance to be redirected to you". With the chance element, the ST would have the option to let some things through, while particularly good or bad snipes can be blocked. I think it would be very balanced. Could be named "Taunter" or "Protector" (since lightning rod isn't a character, but an object).
This game was, unsurprisingly, pure madness, and I loved every single second of it. I am absolutely amazed that this was how it ended though. Amazing xD
Both Cere- and -novus are derived from latin meaning something like "new thought". Being latin in origin, either cerenovi or cerenovuses is likely acceptable.
Idea for funny amne ability on this script: each night, pick a player: if they were made mad by the cerenovus tonight, you learn their actual role. An anti cere-lock mechanic that the mad player can't directly confirm.
So at 24:20 Jams was saying that there is no way for the Lil Monsta to be poisoned. I’m assuming a courtier trying to choose Lil Monsta will just be told that it is an invalid pick.
So on the final day what would happen if both cerenovus's picked a player to be mad as different things and then one of them dies. Do you just execute the player on the 50/50 or can they still choose which to follow
How does the lil monsta and goon interact if they choose the goon to babysit? Does the ST just pick who has it, or does the goon still get it since at least two minions selected them, so only the first would be drunk? or would all three be drunk?
I think based on what I know the lil' monsta is a non player character. So anything relating to the Baby's ability (voting, holding, killing) isn't affected normally by drunkenness or poisoning. (I'm not sure how that would be affected by temporary poisoning like the poisoner (and Jams at the beginning mentions the Courtier), but I imagine Puzzledrunk or Widow Poisoning wouldn't affect the baby) So to answer those questions: 1. Since it's the Baby's ability that does the vote and acts on the goon, the goon would try to drunk the baby. 2. Since the Baby is an NPC, it wouldn't be affected directly (probably) Since you shouldn't give alcohol to infants I'm going to say the goon gets the baby normally and there's no effect.
@@DasGanon Nice analysis. I'd add that the Goon says the first *player* to pick, so the lil monsta vote picking the goon is a non player character doing the picking and so can't be effected. But...could the story teller interpret the first minion voting on the goon as a player picking the goon? I like it, but individuals might rule both ways.
@@bloodspatteredguitar oooh that's a good twist, if it's the minion who votes they get drunked. That said I would be unsurprised if the meta becomes "Oh just name every player if there's a goon on the script so evil flips them"
@@xragg no, since the drunkenness is the other part of the selection. If voting a goon as babysitter doesn't make the baby drunk, then the baby's alignment doesn't apply to the goon.

I watched this whole video and still don't know how they managed to pull this out. What great anticipation of every play by other.
30:20 Alex claimed a role that wasn't even on the script. And Will didn't catch it. 😂

Fun idea, but I feel it makes the alchemist into an outsider

*nevermind
Delightful game!

@@DasGanon but would the goon turn evil? To me, if they did turn, it would be a babysitting possibility in the right situation. Thanks for replying.
