Oh they’re very sheer but I do love the blue. Very frosty. You’re right better over a solid colour. Doubt we’ll see them in Australia tho.

Are these traditional normal mail polish? Or you have to use it with the uv lamp etc ?

Yes, it's a regular nail polish, you don't need a uv lamp
