Now that the games have happened you want to pretend like Caleb isn't part of the problem and that actually all of the great talent everyone wouldnt shut up about is trash? You can be delusional if you want, but I won't. I never thought the Bears would be good, so this is no surprise to me. I'm just not going to let all the people who did off the hook because the results directly refute their terrible narratives. The Lions have that fifth "gear/grit" that The Vikings haven't developed it yet. That "gear/grit" can only be learned by going deep into the playoffs. The Lions were 30 minutes away from The Super Bowl. That experience can not be quantified. It has to be experienced. That may just be enough to be the difference in The NFC North Title and a wildcard. A home playoff game or playing in Candlestick against A 49er team with an extra "fresh" Christian McCaffrey. The Vikings basically have 2 HCs that have figured out how to make it work. The NFC North is THE toughest division in The NFL.

@@joedavon3290 not true at all, cowboys are known for being regular season juggernauts same as the ravens. I guarantee you if you looked at how often dak had to play from behind in the 4th quarter it’s FAR LESS than Daniel jones in their last however many starts. So it stands to reason that Daniel jones would have more opportunities to make a comeback drive

The Bears tried signing offensive coaches as the HC and it blew up in their face so I'm guessing that scared the old owner off. Virginia likes her defense the way her dad taught her idk.

Colin can't see the forest for the trees. Defense is making a comeback. He just can't read the cyclical nature of the game.
Scoring is down Colin. Defense matters. Defensive head coaches just need to find the right offensive coordinators and support them by allowing them the autonomy to run the offense.

"Anything" is different from empty calorie yards when the game is pretty much lost and defense is just playing to run the clock off and avoid over the top and corner plays giving you middle of the field to work with as you like. At best, you can make the scores appear "close" and on paper passing stats look good but anybody watching the game knew. This isn't anything new for Dak.

Last year Chicago was a top 20 offense in yards per game and points. Lincoln Riley has had a top 5 offense in the country with a QB in the heisman top 5 every year he has coached as well. So when caleb leaves Riley and Riley again has a top offense and a great QB, but goes to Chicago and they now have the worst offense in the nfl...it appears caleb is the problem.
This isn't a bad roster, the bears had a preseason top 20 roster in the nfl.

Bears just need to run the ball more and stop committing stupid penalties. The false starts are killers. Caleb Williams is the real deal especially when he has a pocket off play action. But they don't run the ball enough to setup the play action enough or get the guy out of the pocket. It is the same thing they didn't do with Justin Fields it makes no sense.
