    I love the belt squat as a squatting variation, especially for folks who have a hard time directly loading the spine. It's been a game change for me when I hurt my back and this was a variation I could do and train the squat pattern.
    As with anything, it is not the end all be all but rather a great tool in your training tool box to use at the right time for the right person.
