She uses stanley to twach karen how they should be treated while trying to love her and shes had some break throughs but not 100% she actually had a video on here somewhere about it.

It's possible someone who took care of Karen before the zoo's had her mistreated her and was female or even has dark hair. Could also be she can smell pheromones and/or sense Amanda is female and that could explain her nasty behavior towards her. Amanda is so loving and puts up with so much of Karen's Crap. I applaud her for always being so kind and consistent with Karen. We used to have a female Lovebird who was so loving & amazing but was a habitual egg layer. She was great when she had no eggs and when she did she would bite/pinch me, charge and squawk. She mostly only took it out on me because I fed her & cleaned up her cage they most. Chalked it up to he being like my teens daughters at the time. Moms seem to always get stuff taken out on them because they know we will always Love them no matter what. I think Karen in an angst-ridden teenage girl in a gigantic Raptor body. She knows Amanda will always loves her no matter what, lol.
Gary the goose is such a good mama. Not only making sure all the eggs are under (him or her?) But building up the hay to keep them warm. What a sweetheart. With chickens I cared for they always had one designated mother hen who sat on all the eggs. But boy if I dropped one single egg gathering them in the morning the whole flock would descend and suck it up in less than 30 seconds. Wow. Animals am I right?

Michael is being such a rascal. I used to look after three alpacas (Eric, Basil and Bernard). Bernard was a darling, but Eric and Basil would fight and spit bits of grass at everyone. They had to be rehomed eventually, and now live in a lovely place with other 'pacas. I miss the silly woolly guys though.
