3:23 one of my fave fight scene moments!!
Love the tense music after the final punch.
Mine too!!!
Same gave me chills during my childhood and still does

Mine too Bro ✌️
Gotta love the way Bruce stalks the last dude then tears his guts with the final three punch combo! AWESOME, NO DOUBT!!!
I can name 3 movies the earliest I can remember from about 4 or 5, Aliens, Predator, and This Movie what I thought was called Fist of Fury. My mom couldnt stop me from watching it. I went to school always with black swat pants and white t-shirt to fight kids recess school grounds lol. I did all of it by acting like him without the high pitched wooo and waaahs, cuz this was the first movie over any, hell I got my sister into ut verses disney movies.
There will never be another martial artist like Bruce Lee!!!
NB2
That's a FACT
Never Never Never
Never ever ever
I agree his movie are the best in MARTIAL ARTS MOVIES, to add his movies best in action movies!
if bruce lee's first two punches didn't kill him, then that last punch definitely did. And you're right about one thing, that punch was filled with power, emotion, and expression
And anger 2. U 👀 the look he had after that.
Emotional content 😂
The last punch had so much internal energy combined into it that when it connected with the other guys stomach. The energy would deliver a fatal blow to his extremities and pretty much they would all combust. It's a lethal finishing blow.
Lol a lot of people might disagree with me but this is my favorite multiple opponent fight of Bruce Lee of all time. Totally brutal, realistic, and incredible. Seeing Bruce take out that many guys at one time, not to mention with weapons!
I agree!!
Tastes his own blood, spits it out then goes on the offensive with a fury of kicks. Fuck, he's a legend.
The song, the fights and the scene. Everything about this movie just screams perfection.
yeah, my favorite Bruce Lee film by far. how old were you the first time you saw it?
Uncle Tony I was was 13. I was 5 years old when i saw the end of Enter The Dragon.
I was eleven when I saw Return of the Dragon, The Big Boss, then Enter The Dragon, all on beta and in 1981. The Big Boss is the best in my opinion, although the fight with O'Hara is the best fight scene ever - imo.
Uncle Tony I agree, The Big Boss was the first Bruce Lee movie I saw start to finish. And i fell in love with it. I saw the rest of his movies, and have deep love for all of em. But The Big Boss will foever be #1. And it doesn't even have the best fight scenes out of em all. That's how you know the story is good. The feels, the action and the timing of this is brilliant bcuz it's simplicity. This movie gets an A+ in my book.
absolutely! I just realized one reason I never liked Chinese Connection or Return of the Dragon as much - they were filmed in studios.
First Bruce Lee movie I ever saw - loved it.
It's such a shame he had to die early... RIP Bruce, the world misses you greatly.. :(
Bruce Lee is only reason I believe that there is an alternate universe where he is still alive and has made tons of epic movies.
😢😢
I like the idea of that 💯💯💯
Heck, maybe HE played the Mandarin in another universe.
😅@@trasegorsuch5140
This to me is the best fight sequence ever staged in cinema history. I am yet to see any that is better. Not all the stars in the martial art movie industry today has done anything that compares, from Jackie chan, to Donnie yen and the matrix. This fight sequence was staged almost 47 years ago, and yet has the excitement and freshness it has that first day in 1971 that it was staged. The fighting is believable as it is entertaining. it is devoid of the cartoon like effect you get with the fights sequences of Jackie chan, Donnie yen, the matrix, and the list goes on. Bruce Lee's overall swag in his movies is what nailed it for him as the best to have ever graced the screen as a martial art hero....
There will be and has been some good ones that come along. But there will never be no one again in this lifetime that will match the skills and speed of Bruce Lee. He's simply untouchable.
*Punches guy in stomach, music starts playing*
EPIC
Yes!! I felt the same way when I saw this in the movie theater in 1971. The crowd was going crazy as soon as he punched that gut and the music came on!
Bruce Lee was so damn good here that he punch that dude right through the wall with a perfectly cutout
Harry V u think that was real? Lol sure he is the best ever but not even if u shot someone out of a cannon would it be a perfect cutout the wood grain would not allow it
It's sarcasm, just laugh and live it a little
That was lo wei’s idea and Bruce lee argued against him to not film that scene
Hahaha its very funny...thats why bruce lee is the best of the best
It looked cool. LOL
Bruce Lee is only reason I believe that there is an alternate universe where he is still alive and has made tons of epic movies..
The music made it so much better at the end!
Premise of the movie.
Bruce Lee: I've sworn to never fight again.
Bad Guys: We killed yo friends and snatched yo gurl.
Bruce Lee: *sigh* See...now I gotta hurt you. *WOOTA!*
lolllll whoaaaaaaaa
WOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!
Actually it was his cousins they killed but same concept
The sound of their footsteps makes me happy :D
Lee fights like a hero to avenge his cousins and friends for their murder and he must fight til the end. RIP Bruce Lee.
Boss boy suffered an adrenal failure, that punch saw some of his shirt on the Palm of BL
3:32
Jessica Morgan no matter
Now
.a
One of the most dangerous fights by legendary Kungfu fighter, Bruce Lee.
the guy was just unstoppable, wish he was still around tbh :-/
IT SEEMS THAT THE GANG WENT TO THE FREEZER INSTEAD....LOL
Let's just say the boss's son, his gang and the ice factory manager's three stooges got iced.
Lol yep

Lmao well said
His artistry, charisma, superb punching & kicking skills are pugilistically beautiful and often imitated but never duplicated, I started with this gentleman as a child watching Kato, I remember my brother running up to me and telling me I have to go see this movie and he said Kato is the star, it was 1971 and the name of the movie was the Big Boss, the movie poster said,"the new screen excitement that will give you the biggest kick of your life, Bruce Lee in the Big Boss" I was never the same, started taking lessons immediately, in my life I've been jumped twice by 5 gentlemen on two occasions and beat them up, I owe my survival and Superior frame of mind to master Bruce Lee, Jun Fan Gung Fu☯️
You never know when you'll come face to face with thugs or people looking for trouble. You taking up those martial arts lesson after watching the film got to be one of your most life changing choices you've ever made.
I have to say Bruce Lee is always going to be The Red Dragon of Kung-Fu.
man love bruce leee he is the master of MARTIAL ARTSS
Geo Boy
One thing for certain: There will never be another Bruce Lee EVER AGAIN. There are still great and true martial artists out there, but to rule the world like the late great master did...IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Completa
I believe this ice factory fight scene changed how future fight scenes would be played out. It's still one of the best fight scenes ever for it's realism. Better than the fight scenes made by Donnie Yen and Jet Li. Those guys have ability, but they put too much stuff into the action scene where it's just not realistic. You can't punch a guy 20 times! It's cartoon stuff!
@Hernandez10052 I agree. I think every martial art movie has a level of exageration to it. However this is quite realistic for a martial arts movie. There was nothing fancy, just basic moves that were perfected by great form and speed. I also felt Jet Li in Lethal Weapon 4 was quite realistic for the most part.
Agreed. Though for Donnie Yen, I'd say his Sha Po Lang street knife fight was quite realistic-looking enough, mainly because part of it was improvised.
God is great, He sent BL to dismantle this gang. The Boss boy chose a wrong plan, he thought pn fighting a tired legs is a plan, but that didn't work, because he was a morning school boy, who fights under the sun for Bit D, and under a security guards, and this time, he crazily, saw his men all wiped and insisted to be once a man.
Its good but I don't know about realism.. I mean in reality if he was surrounded in a circle like that most people would pounce on him at the same time not one at a time so he can hand out beat downs indidually. I'm still not sure why they did they ridiculous body cut out through the factory wall when bruce punches him through it.. If anything it should have been maybe a few cracked panels
Don't forget about Tony Jaa, he's awesome too!!
Bruce Lee is one of my favorites.
Terrific badass scene. Love the part where Bruce lands a kick right on The Boss Sons mouth.
I like how at 0:47 Bruce ducks then the guy throws the ice pic lmao
RIGHT ! Lol 😂
Along with the sound effects too
Bruce lee was hands down flipping Awsome, he’s the one that everyone wanted to learn wing Chung, and me toooo.
The fight scene that MADE Bruce's film career; originally his role in this movie was minor save for this scene, but he was so badass in it that literally the entire script was rewritten to make him the lead, and the rest is history.
you look at this now and its still one the the best fight scenes ever. wen this came out there was nothing even close.
3:30 the body punch of death.
love this version..the music was awesome
This has to be the most iconic Bruce Lee fight ever.
Love the music!
Definitely
if bruce lee's first two punches didn't kill him, then that last punch definitely did. And you're right about one thing, that punch was filled with power, emotion, and expression..
Bruce Lee 1940-1973. R.i.p. ☯️🥇🥋☯️
How did he achieve this level of badassery?
Because he is Bruce Lee
Michael Jordan can jump, Mike Tyson can punch..inborn talents
Joshua Belmont Reese
He is Bruce lee that why
Real answer: Supreme confidence backed up by speed, accuracy, and style.
Hard work, talent, dedication and immense skill.
Im watching this before going to work because I need to picture myself taking down these clients that get on my nerves man.
The punch than sent the bad guy through the wooden wall is funny. .its tom and jerry stuff
+Joni Ireng THAT guy is a wimp for running from BRUCE
Joni Ireng, that is called cinematic dramatization...You have stuff like that in American movies too...
2:21-2:29
Bruce Lee is the greatest martial artist and fighter of all time! His speed, power and agility were beyond incredible! He was rare.
Bruce Lee fue un gran peleador...
Lastima su muerte muy joven; hoy aún perduda su gran legado...
Muchos quisieran ser como él; pocos podrán hacerlo... Solo yo podré 😁😁😁 (una broma sana)
Bruce Lee; Grande Maestro 👏👏👏
1:12-The infamous "Saw in the Head" scene.
I hav seen tis fight more than 100 times bt i never bored 😑
This man is a legend
Rest in peace master Lee
It's funny that most people don't even notice that Bruce Lee doesn't use any of his iconic battle cries in this move. The only movie where he doesn't.
He only started to use it in his 2nd movie
@@izwansafuani4197 WRONG. He did do them in this movie. But this is the OVERDUBBED version. If you watch the Chinese version his screams are all there.
Actually he, does but only in the original Cantonese dubbed version. Cantonese is the official Dialect of people in Hong Kong. Nobody there speaks Mandarin.
@@Ram44 Lee didn't speak Mandarin. Nobody in Hong Kong did. Lee spoke English and Cantonese. The original ADR for Big Boss was dubbed in Cantonese Language.
Cantonese is the Official Language of Hong Kong.
We can hear a laugh of him at 1:57. But I don't know if that isn't also a dubbed sound or not.
Great fight scene. the punch at the end was powerful. bruce lee is an amazing martial artist. great classic film.
still got the style Bruce even after all these years. timeless.
Bruce knows how to choreograph a fight scene like no one else. It looks real
The legendary Bruce Lee ladies and gentlemen!
ikrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Sapbeeee
@@peleador8856 loll

“You’re headed for the freezer”
He Just came on lastnight on spike TV called "I am Bruce Lee" it was amazing...I am a huge Bruce Lee Fan and always will be.
Welcome to the Bruce Lee school of badassery!
I always loved the music after that last punch lol.
Bruce Lee wasn't no joke now who's headed for the freezer
Lmfao i will always love that cutout of the bad guy thru the wall
Man I remember I use to watch this with my dad all the time
No computer. No fake. He jumped up and quite a distance apart! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Any Bruce Lee video game should have that 3 punch combo
THERE WAS NO OTHER!!!!
Bruce Lee is Unpredictable and full of surprises.
Bruce Lee Is A Legend R.I.P Bruce Lee (1 Like 1 Love)
3:30 .... that punch that has trained over a thousand times to break through concrete, imagine what that one punch does to a human body
You don't want to know
Dang it was good for messed his family you gonna get got for it and the songs on background was good tho almost like metal.
More than 1000 times I saw bt every time i enjoy watching tis
The genius of bruce lee was that he could make this almost comical situation look like a credible fight despite being massively out numbered. No need for fancy camera angles and slow motion to help him either. Just raw fury.
Bruce Lee, 10 against 1, now that's a Legend...He can beat them up !!
Haven't seen this is years. It's part of my brilliant VHS collection that has no use anymore since my VCR broke. I especially like the scream at 0:48 and the poor unready bastard that takes the knife afterwards. Bruce Lee is eternal!
Best version, ever!!!
IMO this and The Chinese Connection are his best Films.
Bruce Lee has amazing fighting style no body can do it like him"
This is too cool to this day
Those last 3 punches were to die for.....literally
Every time I used get surrounded, if only I could fight like Bruce Lee in Double Dragon, all had was Billy Barehands.
If there was ever such a movie of Bruce Lee’s that was the most taken for granted, it has to be this one.
I enjoyed this movie’s plot and action much more than Fist of Fury which wasn’t bad, but still…
This scene was the best part of this movie.
That guy wearing the cap that he knocks through that wall, I Lol'ed every time I see it because it's like something out of a cartoon. You know where the cartoon character leaves their physical impressions when they go through a wall or building or something. Lmao
This movie is classic n legendary reccomend it to everyone
What a proud Chinese. Bruce had swagger, moxie and style.
Bruce Lee The Best:-)
du bist der beste mensch der es gibt
to it was his unappreciated movie but I loved it, it was very violent!!! and funny at times, I can see he had fun with it!!
Bruce Lee siempre será el mejor peleador de todos los siglos , esta es mi película favorita .
They should make more movies while he is alive....especially with Bolo Yeung inside.
I saw this movie at the “drive in “!
Such a great scene
That body shaped hole is hilarious. The "nice hole" annotation cracks me up
Bruce Lee number one
LOVED EVERYTHING about this scene; except the hole with the man-cut-out. It kinda took the seriousness out of the scene. Made it kinda bugs bunnyish
I think punching the guy through the wooden wall was bad ass!
Cure
Nerdyflirtyquirky I've been watching this movie over and over and but I've always overlooked the hole every time for some reason.
That shit was dope asf! Battle Toads 🐸 and Double Dragon 🐉🐲 style.
I believe that Bruce Lee did not want to include that part in his fight scene, but Lo Wei convinced him.
brucelee is a real fighter not an a actor ..he improve chinese movies all over the world .. and he change whole world movies.....after brucelee dies ..his name still living ..when heard the name brucelee ..we all think abt fight ...that is brucelee ...
The cut out of man gone through wooden wall just like in cartoons
Bruce Lee. R.i.p. 1940 - 1973 .r.i.p.
Nice dub overs...perfectly matches the vocal gestures haha
As today bruce lee it left for luminous worlds I will always remember him for this big teacher.
That's That Power Punch He Used In Fist Of Fury.. 😓😳💀
