Happy Weds everyone! While other electric luxury SUV's scream I'm an EV to the world, the revised Q8 e-tron looks and feels like a regular gas-powered Q8 that has simply gone electric. While its range and performance may still trail some rivals, we really appreciate the tastefully restrained style of this car! Hoping we can get our hands on the upcoming SQ8 e-tron version next to test out its triple electric motor setup!

This has to be one of the best automobile reviews I've ever seen on RUclips! Awesome job! I own the 2023 e-tron SUV and love it, it's very similar to this 2024 that you reviewed. I also am experiencing less overall real-world mileage, not typically getting the 226 miles of range on the window sticker, even with climate control off and no cargo or passengers. One thing I didn't hear you talk about was the 2024 is supposed to have self-parking? Is that not available yet or? Thanks again for an awesome review!

Thanks for the review! My thoughts on making the review more useful for viewers:
    - 0-60 seems silly to mention in a luxury car not marketed as a sports car, when it's below 6 seconds. I'd argue it just doesn't matter to people's daily life over the long term. Whiplash is not luxury.
    - Also, cargo capacity vs. the sportback is less but nobody ever stacks stuff up to the roof. In fact, it's incredible dangerous to do so. The usable space - the depth and width - are the same.

The exterior looks are 99% the same, interior is identical, the performance/power is the same, ride quality and noise isolation is excellent on both model with adaptive air suspension etc. New model claims 300 miles on a charge, old model claims 255 miles on a single charge (both of which would only be achievable in perfect conditions). Yawn, its still a silly ICE car design. For one it has an ICE car grill. Second, the range is pathetic. If you want to sell more electric cars give them a longer range. I ignore everything completely with less than 300 miles. Real interest come at 400 mi.
That way, you can drive all day without range anxiety. Meaning the time behind the wheel will exhaust the driver before it does the car. Hopefully, more hotels/motel will start to offer power stations so car can be refueled while you rest/sleep.
The only pro of this car is that is still has a panoramic sunroof that opens, and a real spare tire. Which is likely a result of it being built on an ICE platform not one dedicated specifically for EV (which hopeful will design in enough space for a real spare tire. Especially if its an off-road EV.
