    Recipe for Meatballs with tomato sauce
    NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
    tomatoes (canned / jar) - 1,500 kg (mashed)
    minced meat - 1 kg. (mixture)
    onion - 2 heads
    garlic - 6-7 cloves
    breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.
    egg - 1 pc.
    half a bunch of parsley
    sol
    pepper
    sugar - 1 tsp.
    oregano
    savory
    oil
    rolling flour
    METHOD OF PREPARATION:
    For the tomato sauce, finely chop one onion, parsley stalks, garlic and fry them in a little fat. Add the tomato sauce and sugar to them. Stir and simmer over low heat until it starts to thicken.
    Add the remaining finely chopped onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, savory, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix to mix everything. Shape the meatballs. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them at 50%.
    Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper and oregano. Put the fried meatballs in the sauce and simmer on low heat for another 30 minutes. The sauce should stick to the meatballs. Serve with finely chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
