Will be playing retail World of Warcraft a bit when The War Within releases, and I'm looking forward to making some gold. It is a bit rushed, since I didn't play Dragonflight, and I'm really out of the loop (as well as out of the gold).
This video is just going over the best, fastest way to get some characters ready and why you should do it!

5:44 - You should definitely try Demon Hunter, it's the most beginner-friendly class imo since you only have to press a few buttons to do decent DPS. 😁
If you're not into melee you can also try BM Hunter, that's probably the second easiest class.
As someone who did a Dragonflight crafting alt army, BS and LW generated by far the most gold out of all my professions. Those two have the most crafting options and start to make more and more gold as the expansion goes on. Enchanting crests and tailoring cloaks were decent gold makers as well. Be sure to check out gearing guides before TWW launch to see what the high demand crafted items will be so you can spec into those.

@@Seren-wow the Crests are items enchanters make that are used in the new crafting system. They enable other crafters to make gear on an equivalent level to high end raid gear. For a great overview of the new upgrade and profession systems check out some YT vids by Kelani, Soulbreezy or Belular. The new systems can be a bit overwhelming for someone coming from classic, so a well put together guide is very helpful.

So if you're making an alt army for retail, you might want to go ahead and at least make one starter character in Retail, so you can collect the new currency called Traders Tender. Making a new allied race toon will basically start you at level 10 right in SW or Org. Tenders are used to buy transmog/mounts, and you get a bunch of it each month just for being subscribed to the game. You can gain extra currency from doing activities in game (including Remix). Activities are listed in the Traveler's Log tab of the Adventure guide. The catch is you have to loot the currency monthly directly from a chest in SW or Org.
ah that is actually a really good shout, I made some characters on beta but haven't really touched retail. I logged a couple of times months ago and looted the chest, but I've never actually been through the activities. Will give it a shot, thank you for the tips!
theres two addons you "need" for remix speed leveling>
1. Remix loot filter (turn off auto loot and it will take all the drops and leave the tokens on the boss)
2. Remix mail helper (will take everything from your mailbox exept the tokens incase you missed looting some things and also tell you how many tokens you need to get to 70)
also boosting yourself with a trial is broken af and easy, see hazles vid if you need to

Inscription has a bunch of money makers. Early on profession equipment, treatise for choosing stats on gear/profession equip, Vantus runes for raiding. Contracts will be valuable the first few weeks, but with account wide rep I am not sure if demand will sustain. Also staves and offhands will have early demand.

Early access should only have gathering profs unlocked so go with double gathering until the official launch unlocks the crafting professions.

@@Seren-wow They haven't said gathering would be locked, only that crafting knowledge points wont be unlocked in early access. (Knowledge points being the profession spec trees that originated in Dragonflight) It seems like we will be able to level the base profession skills but not be able to spec into specific profession trees until the official launch.
Saw a video on war within profs by kelani, inspiration has been replaced by concentration, worth checking out

JC, tailoring and blacksmithing have been my best profs in dragon flight,mainly making alloys and cloth for the latter 2. Inscription has weapons and offhands, as well as items to give prof specialisation points, so started well, but has seriously tailed off for me, maybe I just specced wrong
Thank you!! I'm currently watching every video I can find to get up to speed! I knew that Inspiration was replaced but I have no idea why I got it so wrong when actually doing the video. Inscription was always a favourite of mine, but I last played retail in BFA and it seems to have changed completely since then!
Does all your Mop Remix characters move to retail ? I heard you can move only 1 char to retail ?
They will all move over automatically when Remix ends. They move over to the same servers you created them on.
Yeah it is all of them, thankfully! Makes this such a good opportunity for getting alts!
I have a feeling that crafting is going to severely nerfed because of the fact that everyone and there mother will be doing this. But, there are other farms.

haha, I'm at 3 monks, an evoker & mage now. I don't know why but I hadn't even considered Druid. I might try that one next!
@@Seren-wow druid is all around fantastic. As Zanzarful says. It's useful for so many things and an amazing farmer. With Remix been so fast, different and fun I would just level everything you have the slightest interest in and see which u end up enjoying the most! I'd 100% level a few druids and hunters though!
