in the 80's while the philippine government is busy fighting the insurgency from the CPPNPA China is far to busy supporting those movement and and when the US bases ousted from the Philippines then its time for China to build up isles islet in the west philippine sea nobody even notice

Wrong. It was actually in the 80s where the claim of the Philippines in WPS was put on a stable pedestal. The UNCLOS was created in 1982 and China agreed to that UNCLOS. It was a matter of the succeeding Philippine governments not being able to maintain the military power to enforce the UNCLOS. However, the legal element was established that sealed the Philippines' claim with WPS in the long future.

How come the US military with the VFA didn't stop China from reclaiming islands way back 2012?
Why the DFA Secretary A. Del Rosario ordered the PHI Navy ships to retreat way back 2012?
Fact is even today April 20, 2021 there's No OFFICIAL Philippine map indicating the territorial sea, EEZ and other maritime zones since we are still awaiting for the maritime zones bill to become law.

The Filipinos were the first to use trade within the 9 dash line before china, before taiwan, before malaysia we were already using it to trade with more and farther partners than anyone in the south china sea. So if anyone should have claim over the nine dash line terrotory its' the Phillipines!!

If phils claim for the west phils sea islands, why there are no people in on it? So it is not occufide by pilipinos, it is impossible for the philippines to say they owned it, very clear that chineese own it thats why they occupy these islands.

If you're talking about china's man-made island, they built it their even though they are not aloud. It is destroying our peaceful marine life.
