Are you aloud to fly around Ferris wheel ?

Need to be careful about flying over people, roads and property, 30m distance from all. Also need to be careful of helicopters so not too high

Gizmo Drones I use a flashing USB chargeable led that I Velcro on top if I loose the dron will operate flashing up to 20 or 2 constant hours only $25 can be seen 2 km away they say
