Shin Megami Tensei 4 Boss Ancient of Days [MASTER]
First time playing through SMT4 series.
This game has been recommended to me multiple times.
I've decided to exclude the additional choices from the main story and just keep it full top screen (Beside in Boss fights). Every option I choose are CHAOS answers.
Pre-ordered a 3ds built in capture card a while ago 2016 (February) from Keity, but it takes around 5 months for them to make/ship it (I received it July 8th). Originally I had a 3ds XL just for this game, but the screen on a handheld device was just way too annoying to play on, and I'm not a fan of that but now I can play 3ds games on a monitor/tv with a lot bigger screen and it's a lot better now.

@@someguyparagon5273 sometymes in the bible Satan is called "lord of the power of the air" because the people attached to this material world depends of the air to live, those people who can't deny the material world in order to archive they communion whit god in the heavens are under the dominion of the "lord of the powers of the air".
Classic YHVH moment where he has multiple aspects/forms to him just like in SMT II.
Those noises it makes are kind of horrifying. You made that fight look trivial, though, nicely done.

@@karmapunch3410 Yeah, I think that the time is distorted in Milado thanks to the angels or in Tokyo because of the demon presence, so it really happened like 1000 years outside

I want to say that this is typical smt...and it is. But it's also really depressing how it shows one man praying to god for 25 years and holding his faith steadfast, even with his wife, kids and friends getting killed by demons. Then the very same God comes down and says, "Fuck you, you're worthless." then tries to hit the reset button on humanity, completely not caring about the people who were faithful to him in the past. That's really just evil right there.

Yeah but it this isn't the reality of the True Ancient of Days, the LORD God of Hosts and Father of the Lord Christ Jesus. This game is only myth and fiction based on gnostic systems of belief mixed with Eastern wisdom and understanding. Nothing to do with the real Almighty Judge of the Heaven and Earth.

japan has an extremely weird sense of monster designs. Its not just this game......
It's actually due to the new artist who was responsible for the stuff in IV. He draws some freaky stuff. And to be honest, it IS fitting! Bro, if you read the original depictions of angels, the Lord and etc, they're all incredibly TERRIFYING! Metatron is described as being so large that a man would take 500 years to walk his length, and that he also has 1000 wings with 1000 eyes covering each, and has 1000 mouths speaking in ALL the languages of the world, and ALL praying and praising God at the SAME TIME!!! That's absolutely HORRIFYING...but it's how he and many other beings were described, ESPECIALLY angels. So it makes sense that divine beings look this creepy. They're a level above us, we just can't understand them, so they look that way.
Holy shit... For real! I don't want to insult anyone, but all those who were involved in the creation of the bible were either completely mental or incapable of picturing just what the things they described look like.

Being honest, I hate that Atlus made a step back with SMT5's angels, but I guess its because its a Sequel of Nocturne, but anyways, I seriously hope they use the SMT4's arcangels and angels machine design, as well as this Neo Genesis Evangelion magnificent Ángel

Im not gonna pay 2.50$ for a boss fight and a few cutscenes of mediocre-ly interesting dialogue. Does anyone know when they will put these DLCs for free or on discount?
Thankfully people put on RUclips for people like us 😂 though I do enjoy the DLCs that let you grind out tons of macca and exp
@DevilBuster Kaz considering the obvious lack of effort AND the fact that these DLCs remove any moral ambiguity whatsoever since the Law faction is portrayed as completely, utterly, and irredeemably evil, i personally don't consider them canon.

I really like it, it's crazy as heck (ironic), but to be precise: incomprehesible, really fitting because beings like the angels are too much for us humans to understand
The design is ruined by the middle "face". It just looks off. An egg with lipstick? Really Doi?

it literally fits the true nature and look of "angels" described in the texts. i honestly prefer angels to look like this than their humanoid forms
