Lol funny story, Back in 2015, I purchased a Rackgoul Green lightsaber blade from them. Best blade I ever bought! That’s a great question Alex. Both blades and Sabers from Artsabers are made in a factory overseas. Vader’s Vault are made using the highest quality, electronics, metals, and techniques here in America.
Thank you for the information, I am from Belgium. For me, Artsabers is probably the best option. I have currently already purchased one, the Luke Skywalker Bespoke Profie 2.2 Lightsaber. It's because of your videos that I ended up there. Now I have one more question, have you ever had your profie board come loose in the lightsaber and have problems with the lightsaber? Obi Dad! I just bought Anikin's Eps 2 proffie 2.2 from Vader Sabers. How did your neopixel blade hold up? I hope I didn't make a mistake buying from them. Vader's Vault doesn't have Anikin's Eps 2 unfortunately. Thank you for your time! May the Force be with you, always!
No no.. Vaders Sabers makes quality products, all of those blades are holding up fine. They are just a tad on the heavier side usually around .6 pounds.
@FindingTheForce thank you for the quick response, Obi Dad! Much appreciated! I can't wait for it to arrive! I've heard it's one of the best ones to have!
Thank you so much for asking but I really appreciate it. I think about it every day, can’t wait to play some battlefront with you guys, my favorite video game ever 👍🏻
i have a vaders vault blade and i can tell you it is the best dual string blade you can buy .obi dad you forgot one good point about vv blades the leds are same batch so the colors are consistent so you dont see small lighter and darker spots in the blade :)
That's a great question bud, all of these neopixel blades and savers are mostly compatible. Sometimes they might just be a tiny bit loose or snug. I think I address those issues in my light sabers for beginners video 👍🏻
I've only had one string blade from my neo pixel lightsabers go bad, but I was able to repair the broken connection fairly easy. It took some work and soldering, but it's not too difficult. Used a base lit blade to put the internals back in though because I cracked the tube taking it apart. I've many, many pixel blades and only a couple with gold plated connectors. The normal copper plated ones work fine.
I'll also add this. The squeaky threads you're talking about just means the thread dies that company used just were a little worn. Gently using steel wool will soften the threads. But you can't be too heavy handed or you'll damage those threads.
@@FindingTheForce I had hollow blades from my older base lit hilts, so getting it working again was a hassle, but it works fine. Just needed some JB weld to hodge podge something together. You do know you can make your own strings blades, right?
This isn't really on topic to the video. I have a question maybe someone out there can help me with or at least let me know its not possible. I recently bought Luke V1 Lightsaber SN-Neopixel version from artsabers and was trying to figure out if I can get any more colors other than the standard default colors it lets me cycle through, I really want a nice dark orange color and have been unable to figure out any way of doing it. Thanks for anyone who takes the time to read this.
Hello there! Yes, I have a XenoV3 Anakin ROTS, and I'm pretty sure you can do essentially the same thing I did as they are very similar. I was just going to change the soundfonts, but figured out you can change the set color for each font too. First, take out your battery, then take out your SD card and put it in your computer, (you'll need a micro SD card reader) and please make a backup of the SD card before you do anything. Seriously, it's a life saver if you mess something up on accident. There is a config folder in there somewhere with your font styles as well, and they all have (0,0,0) for RGB next to them. So just to test it for Anakin, I did (0,0,255,) and when I booted it back up, Anakins font now always ignites BLUE! You should be able to get a nice deep Orange. Once you understand and figure it out, it's super easy and fun to mess around with. Hope that helps! MTFBWY
Great info! I had no idea about the diffused blades, really cool concept that I will have to check out now that I've joined the Neopixel family! Hey @VadersVault send some of those sweet lightsabers to @FindingTheForce 🙌 he has the best reviews!
It depends on the capacity of the battery and the charging port. For example, a 3200 mAh battery means it can provide 3.2Amps current for 1 hour. If you are charging it at a for example 5V 1 Amps usb port, it will take about 3.2 hours. 3200mA = 3.2 Amps and divide it by the current of charging port which is 1 Amps so 3.2/1= 3.2 hours
Hey ODK, I looked at a VV blade for my 7/8 saber but they were sold out at the time so I went with Bendu Armory and got the sanded. First NP blade so not much to compare it to but it isn't near as bright as I thought. Seems fine to use, just not super bright. All of your NP blades in your videos seem very bright so I didn't know if it was the sanding that made it dimmer. Just a question. Also, is your VV blade the KR pixel stick, or the other with the WS2812B strips? Thanks.
That is a great question bud. I guess with most things in life, when you buy some thing that uses higher quality materials, those items can also cost more. 👍🏻

I haven't broken any of my generic ones that come from the LGT and TXQ factory, even with dueling weekly with them, but glade to know there's more assurance with Vader's Vault. Obi-Dad, have you also heard of Bendu Armory? I have two of their pixel battle blades, and they have a lifetime warranty on them! There is a video where they beat it against a tree and turns it back on. They're based in Idaho, so also made in the USA!
Hii Obi Dad! I have a question, im planning on buying the starkiller lightsaber from artsabers, which blade length would you recommend? And what about the blade depth? Is it good?
ruclips.net/video/ungVjJqleSM/видео.html Here you go. I forget exactly how deep it is, but I believe the Proffie version did have more accurate design details. I would honored if you would consider using my discount code. 👍🏻🙏🏻
If the neo pixel lightsaber takes one of the blades with the connector like in this video, it can use a VV blade. The gold plate on the blade is the industry standard (only some use copper on the plate), it's just the LED strings in the blade and the polycarbonate tube and cap it's made from. With a higher LED chip per inch in the blade, it'll draw a little more power from the battery though, so it won't last as long.
If dueling is your main concern, VV is fine, they are not the brightest. The KR pixel stick is a much better design. If you want the brightest, Civilized Sabers is by far the brightest and it is t even close.
