The comments are hilarious. The truck was not built to be what it is now. It’s now Austin’s reimagined truck. Build your own, I appreciate Austin’s vision!
Hay that Hilux is mint. One thing on your fj40 build I’ve been doing research on the the OM606 and the OM605 and mate with your diesel’s skills that thing would scream. fully Mechanical. I don’t know the availability in the US but for a German engine that this is bulletproof.
It’s amazing to watch you come up with ideas out of nothing into something. Everything you do just comes together. Amazing content by the way. This build is really looking good.
The way the bumpers look if the exhaust is anything less than bozoku style I'd be disappointed. Four pipes coming out of the center of the diffuser and then shooting eight feet up in the air. Hahah
Love the truck love the rear diffuser I makes the truck and takes away the gap offset from the bottom of the cab to the bottom of the bed looks so great can’t wait for more keep up the great work
Personally I’d say he’s still keeping it on a budget he just puts in 120% of effort into his work to get the best results. I think if someone at was trying to follow along they could do very similar work just with a bit less quality
Looking good Austin. Been watching for a long time and we like to see you trying new materials and methods. I'm definitely interested to see how it will handle the exhuast temps. Thinking maybe a side exhuast near the door or still going out the back? Maybe a stack out of the top? Can't wait to see what you figure out next, man.
I love the build. I totally get the concept and I appreciate it. People who don’t understand what your doing should look up artwork from BRADBUILDS ASH THORP KHYZYL SALEEM YASIDDESIGN TLIBEKUA DESIGN Jonathan Ward Icon4x4 Think vintage, think rat rod, modern reformer fully function quirky and unique. You should get some promo pics or animations artwork and put it on a shirt or hoodie. I’d buy one. Lastly people on the comments who don’t understand the art in the video it’s okay but please don’t be mean. That like guys I know that freak out because we buy PSA AK47’s rather than Romanian ones because PSA Is an American company. It’s all preference. Bravo on the build series and video. Please get the truck photographed. 👏🏽
Nice job. Are you going to replace the bolts n nuts holding the sections together. They will create small bit of turbulence. But the drag will add up. Ok it isn't an F1 but why not do it correctly
At first when you built the front bumper I was uncertain about this but after the rear diffuser was put on dude I like it!! It ties in with the truck being lowered and the other mods, normally I’m anti mods on vintage trucks but this looks sick good work!!
I'm drooling over that saw, man. Having one of those for fab work would be a game changer for the extra clamping options alone - nothing worse than having a piece of 2x2 square tubing flex on you toward the end of the cut because you didn't support it **exactly** perfectly...
Like they say, if you're not turning around to look at her walking away...you didn't build it right! A lot of neg comments but this build is not your typical 4x build...that's what I'm enjoying seeing on this one. 🍻
Would be kind cool to maybe make it “look” light weight. Cut some hex shapes triangle or circles somewhere in it. But then again that may defeat the purpose of a diffuser hahaha.
Looks great 👍.. fully understand the part about being sick. Had the bug and it sucks... but hopefully you start feeling better. Hopefully you and yours had a wonderful Christmas. Happy New Year as well. The truck looks great. As always looking forward to seeing what's next.
Personally, I think it would have been cooler in metal and given the patina treatment like the front. I hear ya on the weight, but the solid black doesn’t really fit to me.
I'll go against the grain and say that the rear diffuser doesn't suit the build. Perfect fabrication of the diffuser, as with everything you do. But for me it's a no no.
The rear diffuser makes no sense for this truck? The front bumper was a wtf is that, now the rear end makes it even worse. Awesome build until the trash front & end was added

Haha exactly!! Someone gets it! Thanks man

Hey bro! Looks like you have good taste in youtube channels!😁
@@RM_Garage 😂😂😂 Yeah I love channels that fix up Toyota’s
Nice, you should bring the exhaust pipes out the back in the center
good

Thanks! I’m liking it as well!!
any thought on building up the engine for more HP or motor swap - seems the build is moving away from a budget build
Personally I’d say he’s still keeping it on a budget he just puts in 120% of effort into his work to get the best results. I think if someone at was trying to follow along they could do very similar work just with a bit less quality
It’s getting RICEY/ street truck

👍🏽🇺🇸👍🏽 the new sand blaster is working great
Yeah, blowing through parts now. 👍🏻
Great addition! Well done! 👏🏼Some cool plastic work there 👌🏼
Saludos desde Ecuador 🇪🇨 admiro tu dedicación y trabajo,un abrazo a la distancia
That saw would change the game for pie cuts!
I love the build. I totally get the concept and I appreciate it.

loving this build brotha keep goin strong
I'm seeing builders on YT adding Camso 4S1 Tracks on their Suzuki Carry's. Food for thought....

the truck looks amazing you should get wider rims or spacer for the tires
Austin Niemela, the Powder King! 😅
Who knew you could make a diffuser in twenty minutes. Looks very nice Austin. The area above the diffuser needs attention.
Good work 👏 bro continue bringing Good content 👌 👏
At first when you built the front bumper I was uncertain about this but after the rear diffuser was put on dude I like it!! It ties in with the truck being lowered and the other mods, normally I’m anti mods on vintage trucks but this looks sick good work!!
Definitely ties the whole truck together now. Always looking forward to the next video. Awesome channel man!!!!
Looks great Austin
Where did you get the black material you used?

Yooo. I like that. Nice work man.
Great job good sir as always, everyone is entitled to their preference and this sir is on unchartered grounds to me it looks great.
You my friend are a scholar 👌🏻🤙🏻 , love this build 🦾
Shoot brother!!
What ever you do,
I’m watching.Your content is awesome
Man where did you get that sheet of abs plastic. RUclips changed functions I was used to. I'm 80. Also can't find links for products???
where did you get the sheet of ABS from? been looking to make myself some mudflaps for my LC. BTW this truck is sooooo sick
Tried to use the discount code for a chop saw but it's not valid for that item. Tried a couple other saws, same thing.
I’ll have to look into that! Thanks for letting me know!
Well done
Great video. Where dis you get that big sheet of ABS?
Dude, your work is amazing!! Keep it up! Always fun to watch your work! Happy New Year!
Follow your creations nice work

I always use C.A.D. before fabrication begins. (Cardboard Aided Design) to mock up parts ftw.
Looking sweet, F1 pick up truck .
Looks good would add two more lines in center gap too wide
Looks best
Would be kind cool to maybe make it “look” light weight. Cut some hex shapes triangle or circles somewhere in it. But then again that may defeat the purpose of a diffuser hahaha.
Finally 😊
Looks great 👍.. fully understand the part about being sick. Had the bug and it sucks... but hopefully you start feeling better. Hopefully you and yours had a wonderful Christmas. Happy New Year as well. The truck looks great. As always looking forward to seeing what's next.
Сначала подумал, что будет бампер. А тут что-то на спортивном
Nice!!!!!!
I have a 1994 toyota pickup not 4x4 what kind of build could I do or is this truck even worth doing it’s in good condition happy new year
Very good
what is that black powder u used to colored that bracket in black called?
Powder coat.
I see you're in Chattaroy, I am in Colbert. No wonder I can never find Toyota's to build...
Just needs a fat turbo sticking out the hood. 👌
Awesome video👍👍👍, but how could we contact with you?
Ok I give, what's up with the 1 rear reflector lol ?
I new it and like what your thinking.
☕️🥪
Доброго здоров'я привіт з Одеси Україна.

Cardboard aided design; CAD.
Tundra 1st Gen!!
Please!!!!!!
Then we don’t need bomber and vill side stile for from bumper
👍👍
Sweet litle toyota
Gotta say the work is great, but the front bumper and rear diffuser make the truck look childish.
My thoughts are how that "plastic" rear defuser is gonna handle the heat of not only summer time but also the exhaust 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Seems like a lot of time and effort to just let the body continue to rust and deteriorate.
think you need a bigger hammer for bending that flat bar haha
😍😍😍😍
I'll go against the grain and say that the rear diffuser doesn't suit the build. Perfect fabrication of the diffuser, as with everything you do. But for me it's a no no.
👍🙋♂️
Liking everything including front and rear end but until you do some bodywork and paint the truck it still looks like a gold plated turd.
toooo ricey but nice work
?????
Hello, you are so very talented 🎉😊🖕
nope not a fan of the back =I
completely ruined the truck now with that stupid front bumper and diffuser 🙄
Amen
Nah Dude it looks good
Then just dont do it on your 80s hilux
The rear diffuser makes no sense for this truck? The front bumper was a wtf is that, now the rear end makes it even worse. Awesome build until the trash front & end was added
Amen
That’s a really harsh thing to say. But thank you for commenting. We all have our likes and dislikes.
Everyone has their own style. Take care and God bless :)
I'm with you on the front and rear end I don't like it at all.
Well you know what opinions are like…. We all have them 😊
20 minutes bla bla bla
excelenttttt
You do great work and I like what you did with pickup but now it’s starting to look lame to me. Should just stay with classic look of truck.
