Just started watching the video. I have run this several time in my RZR and will run it in my Jeep once I get out that way with it. It is an easy trail IMO but very fun and scenic.

Yeah, it was fun….but, did you know about the cult? Need to watch the video to learn more about that. :)

How did you manage to do this without seeing much of anyone else going up in your direction or down against you? Great technical sections videos, your Jeep is really strong.

While you are in the area run the Bloody Basin to the sheep bridge if you haven't before. Amazing scenery.

Great video and description. I have not done the backway yet but plan to sometime this year. How much extra time did it take you because of the recording? I know that slows you down. I felt sorry for Kateryna. Those were some steep hills to climb. I bet she did a lot of walking.

The difference between driving a trail and filming it can be quite significant.depending on the trail. This was a tough one because there was so much climbing up ahead. It probably added a good two or more hours to the day. Had we just done this trail, it wouldn't have been too bad, but before this, we did New River Canyon which was a pretty tough one to film as well, so we were pretty trashed by the end of the day as that was almost 13 hours total between the two.

Have a 22 Jeep JT Diesel with 35” KO2’s. No lift with overland setup. Planning to run this is the next couple of weeks. Do you see me having any issues? I see a lot of people on the Jeep BOH app saying stock suspension Jeeps should not run this, especially concerning the final no/bypass obstacle. Thoughts? Any info will help!

I am pretty sure that you would do fine, you just need to pick the right lines. A Gladiator MIGHT scrape a little near the end. It kind of depends on if has gotten more washed out since we did it.

Prescott Arizona was the Capitol at one point in time. Prescott was gold country. The back way to Crown King was that highway to get there in the wild west. Was called Senator Highway. Gold mines near the top. Crown King is about 6000 feet. Forest runs to Prescott at the top.

Range cattle need at a minimum of 5 gallons of water per day to thrive. Water is out there somewhere for them. If you're short on, or out of water look around for theirs.

So good! Do you think an F150 would fit on that trail? Not the more difficult sections, but in generality. I'm coming close to finishing outfitting my truck for overlanding, and I'm watching your videos with awe, and wondering which trails I might be able to traverse. It's lifted with 35" tires, so I have a lot of clearance. No lockers (yet), but a limited slip dif. I'm not looking for anything extreme, but to have some great experiences in great locations. Thanks for these amazing videos.

There isn't anything that should stop you. Just the side obstacles could be a little tricky on some of them.

    35:33 I don’t think that’s a alternative bypass ( I wish )
We usually leave 9am and when we get up there you can stop at the store or go eat at the restaurant

It was listed as a bypass on trailsoffroad, which is why I mentioned it. I am hoping to have time to do this again, or some other nice trails when I am out there for Overland Expo.
