Dude that’s intense!! How in the hell did he do that? They are basically riding 1200 lb horses running at high speed and it is a risky move. But it was a great safe by the jockey because they are all friends on the track and off it😂

Great going by Rudd! But due to the quality of the video, I can not understand how he helped Barr. Can anybody explain? Thanks
I found an interview with Lilli Barr, and she said she was going off before the other jockey grabbed her. What I see is that he didn't actually pull her back into the saddle, just gave her enough of a pull that she was able to heave herself the rest of the way up. Lilli was hanging on pretty good, but another couple of strides and she would have been under her horse's neck and would have fallen off between his front legs. 😬
Thanks, Slouise. I had a similar idea about that too. I think you are bang on right that she was going to go under in a couple of seconds and by grabbing her, he arrested that downward movement, she was able to get a hold on to something and pulled herself back.
To me it looks like he put his hand in face of the faller riders horse because he bumped him. So the horse with the rider hanging on raised his head UP and almost reared to slow down so his knees came up and bumped the jockey and the head swinging up was able to swing and pull himself back on.
And there are actually people who don't believe jockeys aren't athletes. They'some of the greatest athletes.
Looks like the jockey in red on the bigger horse ran right into them making the horse stumble. Yay for the recovery & save

I don't understand. The rider looks in the same precarious position after the jockey in green passed him. Appeared to me that he recovered on his own!

How did she get to fall off the horse? Probably her stirrup broke.
Her horse clipped heels of the horse in front. Lucky the horse didn't go down when the jockey was unseated.
I believe #07, purposely bumped him, gave him no where to go, and drove him out of the saddle with the horse. Disqualification!
And no one helped him. He did it on his own, from my view. I could be wrong though.

I'm glad got the jockey helped the other jockey get back into the saddle that could have in the bed falling off a horse at the speed and probably getting trampled by the horse both bad signs

Well done by fellow jockey in pulling the guy back on his horse the saying Angels do lurk amongst us that was an angelic move by the fellow jockey as it did not alter the speed he was travelling at as he continued on his way end of story
