@@royalronnieebut regardless, people who are faster are damaging their bodies more and therefore require more recovery at the college and elite level.
I've done 10 Miles, half marathon, 5k, 10k, 8x400's, 20x100 but the hardest workout I've done was 3x250,200,150 full speed full recovery because i was fast enough at the time for it to be that painful
Based on these comments, everybody must be able to run 20.7 through 200 in practice. Didn’t realize so many commenters on RUclips had such elite speed 😂😂
Ppl in these comments saying this is easy are so funny lmao. I’m 34 my 250 best was 33.7 and I needed almost 20 min to recover to do a 150 to get 17.7.. this shit is hard af and these young bulls ran 20.7 split at 200 n 26 for 250!!! Incredible
I'm assuming this is their first session since the holiday break because they are hurting. After this I bet they are better prepared for the outdoor season workouts.
Nah he’s not why y’all entertaining this! That’s flying especially in practice! I had teammates that would split 21 lows and ran 20.1 in outdoor so to be moving like that he got something to prove!
20.7 through 200 in practice is absolutely ridiculous
i’ve done it before and i’m a 800 runner
@ I feel like you’re lying but still this is indoor.
@tjssano tf u haven’t
You have to be fast enough for this workout to be hard. I feel like thats what the comments section is missing
Exactly. I don’t think anyone in these comments is hitting a 20.7 split for 250s
Exactly! They think doing this at 26 seconds through 200 is the same coming through in 20.
20.7 split in a 250? For the 200 duration? Is what you mean? I ran track and that sounds wild if you mean a 20.7 in a 250 that’s crazy work🤧
Not really, everyone has different lactic levels

More sprint sessions ❤

"Last time we did it, he left in a wheelchair." lol.
Man I love that facility. One of the best in the nation.

damoys form is so good
you should make one with auhmad robinson
def
Reminds me of broken 8s: 500, 200 at goal 800 pace. It's never easy to rep dang near yr pr pace.
This whole workout is such sprinter core. The drama. lol
come through a 250 in 20.7 then talk 😭😭😭
Cause you prob run a 30 second 200 lil bro 😂

10:32 yall done killed him💀🙏
I’m wit the Mona Lisa song 😂
Bro that was amazing 🚀🦍💥
next a sprinter from Tennessee or Auburn
WE ARE! Crazy speed danggg
12:07 this episode funny ash
Good session in pre-competition mode. Sprinters are too used to stopping their efforts 2 meters before the lines, it's a bad habit.
cameraman fast asf
Holy 💩!
Still crazy thinking the world record was set in lane 8
I'm assuming this is their first session since the holiday break because they are hurting. After this I bet they are better prepared for the outdoor season workouts.
They definitely practiced over break😂 their hurting cause it’s a hard work out simple as that
Vengeance

The weakest workout out I've ever seen.
I'm a high school athlete who's done something similar, and that workout should not have them like that. Thats light work
they are running 10x as fast as you 😭
do you run them all out at 20.7 for splits no you dont so stfu
are you splitting 20.7 200 in a 250m rep?
Nah he’s not why y’all entertaining this! That’s flying especially in practice! I had teammates that would split 21 lows and ran 20.1 in outdoor so to be moving like that he got something to prove!
@@camdoesitallwhat’s his name
They acting like they got repeat 200s 😂.. this is light work
Someone doesn’t understand speed endurance
bros never run track
your not running sub 20 in your 250 lmfao
Dame, I like to see you do it 😂
Repeat 200’s are usually at a slow tempo pace and that’s easier than running 2 long reps all out. Lactic, cns fatigue, muscular fatigue etc
How did that hurt so bad
Because of how fast there running the reps
That workout ain’t that damn hard smh!
If you run fast enough it is.
i don’t see you splitting 20.7 in practice
This channel is golden. Thanks broski. 🫡
