@@fdsaffff you can eat it fresh. It needs to be kept on ice after you catch it. When you get home you can fillet the fish and eat it right there if you want. It’s only good fresh for a few days but can be put in the freezer if you want to eat it later. I highly recommend using a vacuum packer even if you are only storing it fresh for a day or two. It will be a better product.

I've been doing it for the bluefin and the shelf life and quality is mind blowing
